“Olmaz Sensiz” literally translates as “Not Without You”—and lovers of ska won’t want to be without it. Can Bonomo’s upbeat offering blares with trumpets, and captures the fun—and the heat—of summer. Wear comfortable shoes because you’ll likely be tapping your feet to this one.
The video hones in on these themes. Can takes selfies with most of the people he encounters in the music video—old women on buses, breadmakers in the kitchen, fishermen by the sea—and he sends all of them to his lucky lady. The simple message is that life is less special when he isn’t sharing it with her. The city feels so ordinary, and the days lack magic. He needs to be with her and boy does he go looking—on land and over water!
His search for his other half isn’t too dissimilar from Team Wiwi’s search for Can. We needed to be near Can Bonomo during the recenty Turkish Day celebrations in London, and we caught buses and trains and pushed through crowds of belly dancers to interview him.

Very nice song!
It is “Olmaz Sensiz”. You really need a Turkish speaking writer. 😛
