Ruth Lorenzo may not have won Eurovision, but after her Top 10 finish in Copenhagen the success keeps on coming. Fresh from the euphoric reception to her duet with Conchita, Lorenzo has another reason to celebrate: The Cahill remix of her entry ‘Dancing In The Rain’ has stormed the iTunes Belarus charts and currently sits in the #1 position.
The ballad previously made the Top 5 in Spain and the Top 100 in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
The success in Belarus is also unexpected since Minsk failed to award Madrid any points in 2014.
The remix has a stronger English language element than the original although there is some still Spanish in the verses. With the addition of a few beats, fluttering synths and a few vocal effects here and there the Cahill remix is almost a different song altogether.

So one person bought it in Belarus 😀 😀 😀

So happy for Ruth!! She desearves it!

Or again …we really want to throw… Read more »
@fanboy123 this has now been amended gracias 🙂
“The remix is an English language version of the song without the Spanish verses.”
That’s not true. 2:33 she sings “Deja caer, deja la lluvia caer” 🙂
Ruth definately deserves it 🙂
