The Tolmachevy sisters recently revealed their intentions to release new music soon, and they’ve certainly kept their word. Today, after a stunning concert in Belgorod, they’ve shared their new single “Ukhodi”, which translates as “Go Away”. They certainly haven’t held back on the dubstep!

There’s certainly a few notable differences to “Shine”. First of all, they sing in Russian rather than English which is something they said they loved to do. Second of all, what happened to the Junior Eurovision cheese we were expecting? They’ve traded that in for an up-tempo beat, a DJ and ATTITUDE!

The title of the song is “Go Away” and it’s clear the girls aren’t as happy and smiley as they were in Copenhagen, someone’s boiled their blood. We like to think it’s a message to all of those who booed and doubted them at Eurovision, however it probably isn’t.  I think their Top 10 finish was a clear enough message. Maybe we’ll see them in Austria with a new song getting all of the audience to bounce? We hope so!

What happened to “Universe”? I haven’t heard it. Somehow, it just got deleted.

BTW, I don’t understand Russian. I really want an English version of “Ukhodi” in the next 3 months.

Hmm, it’s a bit non-descript, not sure if I prefer it to Shine. Universe is way better though.

A few days ago, they announced that they had released a new single called “Universe”, in English, and then few hours later, it was deleted (both on SoundCloud and Facebook)
Does anyone know what happens to it??

Very suiting name for a song performed by these two. Considering what they represented at Eurovision, and my personal opinion about them 😛
