If you follow Eurovision stars like Ryan Dolan (2013), Anne-Marie David (1973 and 1979), Jelena Tomasevic (2008) and Alyosha (2010), then get ready for a collision. Their paths, and that of several other Eurovisionistas, will cross on September 12 and 13 at the Eurovision Live Concert in Setúbal, Portugal!

The two-day event will feature more than 20 artists. September 12 will celebrate Portuguese artists who competed in the Festival da Cancao—the Portuguese national selection—which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. Artists will include Armando Gama (1980 Winner), Rui Bandeira (1999 Winner), Adelaide Ferreira (1985 Winner), Filipa Sousa (2012 Winner), Manuela Bravo (1979 winner), Célia Lawson (1997 Winner), and others including Rui Andrade, Carla Ribeiro, Nuno Feist, Raquel Guerra and others.

On September 13 the concert will go international, welcoming some of your most-loved acts from around the continent. Among those artists are: Anne-Marie David (Luxembourg 1973/1979), Aarzemnieki (Latvia 2014), Jan Johansen (Sweden 1995), Ryan Dolan (Ireland 2013), Omar Naber (Slovenia 2005), Alyosha (Ukraine 2010), Esther Hart (Netherland 2003), and Jelena Tomazevic (Servia 2008). Organizers promise “more surprises and unexpected voices.”

The team from wiwibloggs will be on-the-ground with our cameras and microphones, so please post your questions below. Please state what country you’re from and we’ll drop your name when talking to the stars!

If you were asked to do Eurovision for a country other than Ireland would you consider it? Are there any countries that you would not do it for?

I’m from the U.S.A. and my question is for Aarzemnieki: if you will ever compete for Eurovision again, would you want your entry to be unconventional, like “Cake to Bake”, or would you rather have a song that’s considered normal, the kind that people are regularly exposed to?

My question is for Ryan Dolan,’You have your first live solo concert in 2 weeks, why has it taken so long for this to happen? Wouldn’t it have been better to do it straight after Eurovision?’ I’m from Ireland 🙂

Q for Ryan Dolan
You ‘came out’ as gay this year do you think if you had done this before Eurovision it would have changed anything ie. the public vote and do you think if you had come out earlier your fanbase (which is totally supportive of you) would have been different (less girls) ?
Im from Ireland but can you please ask anonymously ????
