After two weeks of amazing songs and acts in the Netherlands, four acts booked a place in the Junior Songfestival final. But at the conclusion of the second semi-final last night, producers still had a fifth place to fill. The public choose between Sem, Bobby & Ella, Beau and Anne & Anique—and it was the last act who earned the most votes.
For their catchy song “Dromen”, they shared the stage with six nice looking boys—and they couldn’t miss the final of course! We’re excited to see these girls back next week in the final alongside Julia, Suze, Chelsea and Sebastiaan.

For me Waarom is the best, she sings really well, has a great message and is for me just the best song. I think Julia is more commercial and maybe better for JESC, but Gaia also won with a ballad, so why Chelsea not?

YES! My favorite song got the wildcard 😀 I got really shocked that they failed to qualify 🙁 I can understand how Sebastiaan qualified… ugh.
Anyways, here’s my top 5 for the grand final 😛

Would be nice see Sem and Beau instead Sebastiaan and Suzy.

This is what I expected from the beginning, all the older ones + Chelsea, the little one with the big voice making it to the final. Very deserving in my opinion.

I couldn’t stand all of the three eliminated acts so I’m happy they didn’t make it to the final honestly.
I heard all the songs today for the first time, and I must say Anne&Anique alongside Beau were the ones deserving the final. Here is my top 8:
