Anyone who thinks they will be missing their sugar fix this November will certainly be happy to hear this news: the Italian-Sammarinese girl group The Peppermints will represent the microstate in Marsa! According to Sorrisi, their song will be entitled “Breaking My Heart”. These girls are certainly boy crazy!
There are five members in this manufactured group. SMRTV certainly got the best of both worlds, picking talented kids from both San Marino and Italy. Each of them previously competed on the Italian TV show “Vocine Nuove di Castrocaro“.
- Arianna Ulivi is a spunky 15 year old, from Forlì, Italy
- Greta Doveri is the baby girl of the group, with only 14 years in age, but will certainly bring her hometown of Pisa much more fame than it already has
- Rafaella Perniola is six months older than Greta, and is from Castellaneta. We are certain to hear some elements of the 80’s with her in the group; after all, she is the sister of mini MJ and last year’s representative, Michele Perniola
- Anita Simoncini is 15 years old, and will be the first child from San Marino to represent her own country
- Sara Dall’Olio is 15 years old and from Cervia, Italy
We hope their number is super sweet, just like the Armenian number last year, “Choco Factory“. Best of luck to San Marino!

Fifth Harmony 2.0?
How many girls are in the competition?
Cool 🙂
I’m not a fan of MJ and never was, so I obviously didn’t like Michele’s song or performance last year. I’m almost positive this group will be better, and I really hope they don’t send a childish song, the girls are practically adults. I’d kinda love it if it was like “Breaking My Heart” by Lana Del Rey but I know that won’t happen.
Watching “Choco Factory” and thinking “How on Earth could this song beat 6 contestants?”
Just glad to see San Marino continuing their participation. But will they be as good as Michele Perniola?
