Tinkara Kovac, Slovenia’s most famous flutist who sang for Slovenia at Eurovision 2014, has dueted with Ula Lozar, the tiny girl with a huge voice who will be her country’s debut artist at Junior Eurovision 2014. They teamed up to perform Round and Round, Tinkara’s entry in Copenhagen.

As ever, Tinkara brought vocals covered in mystery and oozing flair. But Lil’ Miss Ula outshined her older compatriot. Thank God Tinkara had her flute there or we would have forgotten about her!

So what do you think. Did the student school the teacher? Let us know.

Actually enjoyed this version a lot better than the ESC version. Big fan of Spet, even though I can’t speak Slovenian.

That was really nice. There’s nobody outshining anyone else here; this is a well-done collaborative musical performance! I only wish that they did the full song. Happy to hear everything in Slovenian, too.

Ula is great, but I must disagree that Tinkara was outshined. I thought this was even better than her ESC performance.
