Poor little Krisia Todorova. The tiny talent from Bulgaria still isn’t feeling 100%, so she and her team decided to use the second rehearsals more as a way of testing her costume and feeling the stage. She chose to sing only the verses this morning, obviously striving to preserve her voice so she can fully shine on Saturday. We all know she can sing already, so let’s not get too worried! She wore a black and white dress with a big red bow at the back. That’s fitting: her song, staging, LEDs and sidekicks Hasan & Ibrahim are all presents for Europe. We wish her a speedy recovery and can’t wait to hear her belt it out in full this weekend.
Update: On subsequent takes Krisia added plumes of smoke just before her chorus. They shoot up real high and make a big impact. The song concludes with fireworks on the last note. A great ending for a great song!
