The Junior bandwagon may have packed up and left, but Malta is still very much in the grips of Eurovision fever. After a hectic week, the islanders have just enough time for a quick breather before they begin the search for their 2015 representative on Friday.
The Maltese may need to wait a few more days to have their say, but y’all have already spent the last month casting your votes. And things are looking very interesting. While Amber sits comfortably atop the poll, there’s been some movement lower down. Jessika has surged past both Christabelle and the Sisters, and now looks set to be Amber’s biggest challenger. Karen DeBattista has also experienced a popularity boost, rising three places to ninth and pushing Alexander Rybak’s prodidgy, Franklin, out of the top ten. The only other contestant to see a rise in support is Corazon, although at 17 she remains in the danger zone.

L lahwa the best vote l lahwa only
Fandango I like 😉 good luck Jessica
I’m not too sure about Amber she gets very nervous live. I normally like her entries but when I hear them live they are never as good. Can’t wait to see them all!
@Raul: You’re absolutely right. The music reminds me of a rock power-ballad remix of the 1980 Christopher Cross hit, “Ride Like The Wind”. As for his voice, could be any number of rock stars from the mid-1980s to late-1990s, including Eddie Money, for one.
I do believe that Chris Grech is the best choice for Malta. He has a great voice, the music is somehow like a rock ballad from the 80’s…. Don’t Forget good places at esc with great quality music, that no one expected: Italy (2011), The Netherlands (2014), and this one could also do it. It only misses a great note at the end
Juries will choose Amber 100%. Her song is in juries-style and they will like it (not to say love it) for sure. And then Maltese people love her song already so….. Malta has A winner!!!!!!! Amber – Warrior!!
And then Malta will lead my poll
as F.Y.R Macedonia is 6/10 for me.
Is it just me or is Amber’s “Warrior” resembling Helena’s “Survivor” from 2014’s melfest?
amber or karen debattista
ANYONE except for L-Ahwa.
Jessika have only chance to win if we have in malta selection 50 % juries and 50 % televote.
I think fight for win wili be between L-Ahwa and Sisters (Ekklesia). Dark horse for win Karen DeBattista and Franklin.
For me TOP 5
1. Karen DeBattista
2. Jessika
3. Lawrence Gray
4. L-Ahwa
5. Trilogy
Fandango or Love and Let Go. Malta, make the right choice
Daniel or Danica. 🙂
I don’t like L -Awha at all, I like Fandango, Break away and Warrior.
the jury votes will pick the winner if the voting is the same as last year. so, although the poll is fun to read and watch and may reflect the public vote, like last year’s public vote winner, hypnotika, the public vote doesn’t count for much. at least that’s what i think.
L-Ahwa, Franklin or Chris Grech. Depending on the music video that the eventual winner releases, I might be convinced otherwise. But right now, none but the three I have named here stand any chance of finishing in the top-half of ESC 2015.
Amber destroys rivals.
L-Ahwa or Christabelle. Amber is horribly overrated.
Amber!
L-Ahwa, please!
L-ahwa beautiful to me!
I think L-Ahwa is the best !
