Moje 3 — the girl group formed ahead of Eurovision 2013 in Malmö — were the last Serbian act to sing at Eurovision. The group split after failing to reach the grand final, but its former members Mirna Radulovic, Nevena Bozovic and Sara Jovanovic have stayed friends — and they’ve also stayed in the spotlight. We saw this once again last night during the first televised show of Serbia’s Eurovision 2015 selection. Mirna and Nevena each tackled winning Eurovision entries from years past during the interval. Mirna, who played the “good angel” during their ESC ’13 number, took on Conchita Wurst’s winning Eurovision 2014 song “Rise Like a Phoenix.” Nevena, who played the confused girl in love back in 2013, worked her magic on Marija Serifovic’s entry “Molitva”. They both slayed. Mirna gave us 1920s jazz lounge diva, while Nevena showed some major soul. It’s great to see they are staying in the Eurovision fray despite the disappointing result in Malmö.
