CT, the Czech Republic’s state broadcaster, really is taking Eurovision seriously. You already know that they’ve enlisted the help of legendary composer Ondrej Soukup. Well today Alzbeta Plivova from CT’s press and communications team told our partners at ESCportal.cz that they are in the process of forming a stellar jury of music critics and musicians who will help them choose their song. They understand that TV bureaucrats aren’t neccessarily the best when it comes to choosing a winner. Even more important, however, is the fact the broadcaster communicated this information at all. As a Czech Eurofan tells us: “It’s huge progress because in the past CT did not communicate with fans or web sites. But now they are cooperating.”
Ondrej — whose bald head will be familiar to X Factor fans in the Czech Republic — will submit his song and preferred artists to CT in the next two weeks. We anticipate this to be completed by February 1 or 2.

Czech Republic will finish in places 9-13 in the semifinal. Even if they reach 13th in SF, it will be their best result in the contest

czech republic has to get in the final in 2015 !!! i hope they will get drawn to the 2nd half of the 1st semi final on monday cause thats the easiest part
