Denmark’s state broadcaster DR was prepared to reveal the 10 artists taking part in Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2015 on Monday, January 26. So imagine the surprise today when some Danish Eurofans who pre-ordered the official DMGP 2015 CD received it early — ahead of DR’s official announcement. Only in Scandinavia could delivery service be so efficient…
Today’s leak of the artists and their song titles confirms the rumoured acts we reported on earlier today. Among them are JESC 2003 participant Anne Gadegaard, Basim‘s backing singers Marceel and Andy Roda, and Danish X Factor finalist Babou. You can listen to some of their music here.

By the way, count me as a “Manjana” fan! 🙂
Denmark & their NF. The one that has tunes that sound like so many other successful songs out there. But, at the end of the day, the Danish ones are just bland copies of those other successful ones. Their production (show-wise), as Noah said, is stunning, as always. Maybe on par with the bigger ESC. Every year.
Denmark, hello! 🙂 1. Tina & René – Mi Amore G:son copied from various songs, again, sadly. Even from his Denmark ESC entry in 2010. Ts, ts, ts… No good. It’s bland and cheap. 2. Anne Gadegaard – Suitcase This is…just another radio song before the commercials. Nothing special. 3. Babou – Manjana This is cool! And in Danish, that would be interesting, for the first time in million years (if selected)! 🙂 4. Cecilie Alexandra – Hotel A OKish. Nothing more. 5. Anti Social Media – The Way You Are Just no. 6. Julie Bjerre – Tæt på mine… Read more »
I love “Love Me Love Me” and “Mi Amore”! Either one of those would do great! I also like “Suitcase”.
I hope Iceland will send Stefanía Svavarsdóttir – “Ást eitt augnablik” to Eurovision. Maybe this year wili be Iceland year at Eurovision.
I’m so disappointed , no one song is so good to make good result in Eurovision 2015. Lise Cablle (composer of danish song 1995, 2011,2013 and my favorite song for DMGP 2012) is composer of song for Julie Bjerre , but this song is not good. For me best Sara Sukurani – “Love Me Love Me” but is so much weaker of Azerbaijan song from 2009 .
I think before snippets from Norway, and now song from Denmark, that Denmark, Norway would be strong contender for victory at Eurovision 2015 but 2015 is not year for both countries.
I’m so disappointed, very weak songs :(. Sara Sukurani’s song is the best, she should represent Denmark this year.
Lol imagine that those dolly girls win in sweden with their song “hello hi” wich is about socializing with social media ( i think) and denmark choosing anti social media.
Can’t wait to hear anti social media’s song
world of girls sound interesting can’t wait to hear the songs!
dhani wait for the songs not the name
