Nina Sublatti has the soul of a “Warrior” and she appears to be the fighter that y’all are backing so far for Eurovision 2015. More than 5,000 of you voted in our latest “favourite act so far” poll, and Nina won by a huge margin, picking up a 54% share of the vote. Looks like this “Warrior” has an army behind her…
EUROVISION 2015: FAVOURITE ACT (JANUARY 18) RESULTS
1. Nina Sublatti, “Warrior”: 2,811 votes (54%)
2. Amber, “Warrior”: 1,060 votes (21%)
3. Daniel Kajmakoski, “Lisja esenski”: 515 votes (10%)
4. Trijntje Oosterhuis, “Walk Along”: 377 votes (7%)
5. Elhaida Dani, “Diell”: 261 votes (5%)
6. Uzari and Maimuna, “Time”: 146 votes (3%)
Total votes cast: 5,170
Nina called her fans to arms via a post on her Facebook and they certainly seem to have reacted. That has pushed former poll winner Amber down in to second place with her own “Warrior”, although she still polled over 1,000 votes from y’all. She’s not out of it yet.
The results do not make good viewing for fans of any of the other four acts, unfortunately. Uzari and Maimuna placed last once again with only 3% of the votes. It looks like they all have a bit of catching up to do if they want to compete with our two divas at the top!
Keep your eyes peeled on the website for our next weekly poll, as it could all change again with the introduction of Lisa Angell for France with her song “N’oubliez Pas“. The song might not have received a great initial reaction, but perhaps Lisa will surprise us all with a good placing? Nina and her fans may have something to say about that…
I like Nina so much. I think she has a chance to win
I can’t believe a song like Georgia’s Warrior could win. Once all the good songs are selected, I would expect it to fall well down the list.
Nina is most charismatic, individual , different and very beautiful! i hope that she will win . best wishes <3
If the CGI background the Georgians bring to the Vienna stage accentuates the thunder in Nina’s “Warrior” thoroughly (and quite frankly, it overshadow’s Amber’s version by leaps and bounds), and the stage performance and music video do the same, I wouldn’t be surprised if the EBU prepares to pack up and head for Tbilisi next spring, because I think they brought their A-game this time.
According to several comments, Nina posted the link to the poll on her Facebook page which means she has the upper hand….. It’s not rigged but the results wouldn’t be entierly realistic as if you had all Amber, Daniel Kajmakoski, Elhaida Dani, Trijntje Oosterhuis and Uzari/Maimuna fans voting as well, things would be a lot different.

In stead of making polls that just don’t match with the reality and the expectations of eurovision fans ,you should improve this polls by forbidding people to vote for their country. This is supposed to respect the methodology of social sciences , the accuracy and the ability to represent, not all, but most of the tastes in music.
Yeah dont worry, last year the favourite to win the contest was ireland. I know this poll doesnt meant anythink
Ninaa <3
Not my cup of tea, but good for her. Anyway, I remember Emma Marrone leading the early polls last year and we all know how that went, so go figure…
My favourite is still Belarus, despite its low popularity among my fellow readers. Now waiting impatiently for more songs to be chosen now that the national final season is heating up!
