As national finals season rolls on, more countries are throwing their acts into the mix for Eurovision 2015. In recent days we’ve confirmed three new entries — France, Switzerland and Cyprus — so we just have to ask: Who is your favourite Eurovision 2015 act so far?

In our last poll, Georgia’s Nina Sublatti slayed, coasting to an easy victory over Malta’s Amber and the other four acts. This time, though, we are adding France’s Lisa Angell, Switzerland’s Mélanie René and Cyprus’s Giannis Karagiannis to the poll, taking us up to nine acts. With nearly a quarter of the acts revealed, is one of them an early favourite to follow in the footsteps of Conchita Wurst?

EUROVISION 2015 SINGERS AND SONGS (AS OF 2ND FEBRUARY)

Albania: Elhaida Dani with “Diell#TeamElhaida

Belarus: Uzari and Maimuna with “Time#TeamUzari

Cyprus: Giannis Karagiannis with “One Thing I Should Have Done#TeamGiannis

France: Lisa Angell with “N’oubliez Pas” #TeamLisa

FYR Macedonia: Daniel Kajmakoski with “Lisja esenski#TeamDaniel

Georgia: Nina Sublatti with “Warrior#TeamNina

Malta: Amber with “Warrior” #TeamAmber

The Netherlands: Trijntje Oosterhuis with “Walk Along#TeamTrijntje

Switzerland: Mélanie Réne with “Time to Shine” #TeamMelanie

[polldaddy poll=8613733]

My top 9 so far:

1. Macedonia
2. Albania
3. Switzerland
4. France
5. Cyprus
6. Malta
7. Netherlands
8. Georgia
9. Belarus

Good news is that so far, I like them all. Well, Belarus and Georgia kind of leave me indifferent, but that is better than being annoyed. I have high expectations from Spain. Edurne hinted that it will be very original. I hope so.

These countries certainly come to the final: Netherlands, Macedonia, Malta.
These countries will not come to the final: Cyprus, Switzerland.
None of the 9 countries which have already chosen their songs do not have the slightest chance for a place in the top 5.?

@Mary

It’s not a problem, just that most other artists do not post it on their FB making it partly irrelevant. Sure, she has the right to share it, but that won’t change the outcome in May does it? What’s the use of a poll if it doesn’t show insight into what a set of people (in this case wiwibloggers) think.

i can’t understand why it is a problem that Nina shared this Poll on her Facebook page? same can do all contestants! Nina is great singer and song writer , she deserves as no one the best on ESC 2015 ! i am sure performance will be magical! so i wish her Good Luck …
P.S. of course good luck to others . i think when there are many powerful and interesting songs , eurovision will be more interesting . ))

What’s the problem with sharing the poll on the facebook? All the artists can do that. If they don’t have fans to vote, it isn’t Nina’s problem.

Nina has posted the poll to her Facebook page so it gives her an unfair advantage. In reality, all the singers would be campaigning on behalf of their song and country. Nina’s results will never be fully valid. As for Amber/Nina fans, just because the song title is the same, doesn’t mean you need to take shots at the other and hate on it. Many songs have had the same titles over the years *cough*Shine*cough* but are completely different. Nina’s song to me is sort of an alternative-pop sound, compared to Amber’s whose is pop-ballad like. On another note, my… Read more »

and wait so they do have X factor in Georgia? Great! Can someone sign up Nina, so she can withdraw from Eurovision, the contest where we like things to be fair! I am sure she will do well in X factor. I mean I’ll even vote for her.

@ pierre and @tatia. If I wanna say something I DO say whatever I think, wether you like it or not, and Pierre I am a SHE. And let me tell you something, Nina is NOT unique, sorry for you. but I am way too much eurovision fan to know that there have been many and many ‘nina’s’ before… … so she is not different at all! And I only hate when people are not playing fair… it’s ridiculous to get votes for a eurovision fan website. I am not even from Malta, but I do support Amber! Nina is… Read more »

====WINNER OF THE EUROVISION SONG CONTEST 2015==== ==========The Netherlands========== 1. The Netherlands (9/10): Great song, with a catchy chorus, sung by an amazing singer. This could be third time lucky for The Netherlands if the stage performance is spot-on and obtain a good draw in the running order. #TeamTrijntje 2. Georgia (8/10): Very dark and mysterious song. I love the spookiness of it and Nina’s voice is very good, and with a few tweaks in terms of production from Thomas G:son this could do very well on the night in Vienna. 3. France (7/10): A very nice ballad with a… Read more »

1| Georgia (still stunning as ever, the bridge gets more intriguing every time I listen to it, great message [not actually about self-empowerment!,] great vocals) 2| Malta (my MESC favorite and thus also high up in the rankings) 3| The Netherlands (very well-produced, catchy, not a typical Eurovision sound) 4| Macedonia (<3 songs that use their country's native language, sounds alright) 5| France (mostly because of the lyrics and my hopes that France will deliver the song with gravitas on stage) 6| Albania (sounds like a 90's Yugoslavian entry, which isn't bad–just too formulaic) 7| Cyprus (beautiful song, but too… Read more »
