Lisa Angell, the heavenly singer who will sing for France at Eurovision 2015, will perform her song “N’oubliez pas” live for the first time this Saturday. And she’s not just singing it anywhere. She’s chosen Le Grand Show, a popular French programme that puts singers together to sing their greatest hits, and the hits of others. Notable artists that have appeared include 1988 Eurovision winner Céline Dion, Birdy and “Dernière Danse” star Indila. Here is the YouTube trailer for the show, for all y’all who parlez le français.

She’ll be joined by other notable French artists including Matt Pokora, Soprano and Black M.

Who is Lisa Angell?

We’re not going to lie. The first time we heard that Madame Angell would be singing at Eurovision we were a bit underwhelmed. Here’s what we filmed at the time.

But after going through her back catalogue, it’s clear that she has an amazing voice and knows how to work with emotion. On the night of the show she will dazzle us no doubt! Her voice is both soothing and breathtaking.

Are you looking forward to the presentation this weekend? Or will we forget it amidst four national final results that night? Comment below!

Lady better bring some emotions in May since there’s little else. And how the song ended isn’t doing it any good for me.

Riga Beaver should bite her vocal cords out, string em, and make a flag with his face on it. Enter his damn into Eurovision and compete on the dam’s damn behalf.

It’s very hard for me to like a French entry, but I’m totally in love with this one! <3

Yeah, I still like this one. It’s not as good as some of the songs which have won their national selections since it was released, but I’d love to see Lisa do well. (They should still revise the end of the song, though… it just kind of ends.)

i reckon at the start of the song before it builds up the crowd will be silent, not a flag in the air, just speechless
