It’s still freezing up north, but Norway is bringing the heat with its national selection Melodi Grand Prix. Eleven artists will fight for the ticket to Vienna. From newbies and familiar Eurovision faces, they’rere bringing it fast, they’re bringing it slow, they’re ready to make you cry and ready to make you dip it low. Who can take Norway to the final? And who do you want to see fly the Norwegian flag?
You can listen to all of this year’s competing entries below and can then vote in our poll. You can vote for as many songs as you like, but you can only vote one time. Make it count! The poll will close on Friday, March 13 at 17:00 CET — on the eve of the MGP final.

WHO SHOULD WIN MELODI GRAND PRIX 2015 IN NORWAY?
The poll has closed! Thanks for voting!
hahhahaha ahhahahaha I hate how Spanish people thinks they’re going to win. EVERY YEAR hahaha but makes me laugh 🙂
Eurovision will be decided for: Estonia, Italy, Slovenia, Spain and Norway if they choose A Monster Like Me.
Monster Like Me is, hands down, the best song in the competition. So what if it’s again a duet? I LOVE it, and Norway has a chance of being in the top 5 or even to take a win if they send this. It’s very unique. Human Beings is also a good song, but MLM just has to win. After Ireland, Latvia and Finland didn’t send their best, I hope Norway could break the mold and overcome my pessimistic expectations.
In my view, “A monster like me” is better than Estonian song, however they both are great. It could be quite interesting to observe the battle between these two so similar entries in Vienna. Last year the Netherlands were a complete surprise (not for me though) and had no competition in their genre. I will be crossing my fingers!
Monster by a mile. And please, no more of these trite comparisons with Estonia….they both have a man and a woman singing and that is all…..the atmosphere and feel of Monster is completely different to the “alarm clock” song.
My top 5:
1. MØRLAND feat. Debrah Scarlett – A monster like me
2. Alexandra Joner – Cinderella
3. Karin Parks – Human beings
4. Jenny Langlo – Next To You
5. Marie Klåpbakken – Ta meg Tillbake
But I like all of these 5 very much, the other 5 suck…. and I think these songs are actually stronger than melfest finalists at the moment, melfest screw up, all the good ones went home… well most of them.
THE MONSTER ITS COMING
MASTERPIECE SONG
Erlend or Jenny. Maybe ‘Monster Like Me’ but not good choice to select another duo.
BTW, bookies today put Finland in second place after Italy and before Estonia.
Nightmare, really punks will win this year’s Eurovision Song Contest?
”A monster like me” is great. I hope it gets in.
If Norway want good result at Eurovision TOP 5 or win (they wili be 100 % in TOP 10 from 6 to 10 place) , they must send MORLAND & DEBRAH SCARLETT – “A MONSTER LIKE ME” for them I predict 1 to 7 place in final) With Karin they wili be in final, and in final place from 8 to 12 With Alexadra and Jenny they wili be in final, and in final place from 12 to 15 place With Erland and Staysman & Laz ,place in final similar like Tooji from 2012 from 21 to 27 place. Other… Read more »
Jenny Langlo. I love the vibe to it. A Monster Like Me will easily be compared to Estonia’s selection. There’s always a popular theme from year to year. This year it’s male-female pairings singing “meaningful” lyrics.
For me Raylee is head and shoulders above anybody else. That song is one of the catchiest and most unique songs of the year. I think Human Beings would be my second choice. EN GODT STEKT PIZZA – I will have no complaints if they send this either!
A Monster Like Me? Really? You are trying to make every song sound exactly the same this year, right? Don’t become Estonia-2 please…
How can’t you see that you have an amazing song in the MPG? I can’t stop listening to Human Beings. I’m f***ing in love with that song since the first play! I hope the staging makes it stand out and become the one going to Austria.
The selection this year is poor. A Monster Like Me is the clear choice. The only other good song there is Raylee’s Louder.
No comments. A Monster Like Me. Let see which duet is the best.
Morland & Debrah Scarlett – “A Monster Like Me”.
Human Beings is one of my favorites, but reminds me “I Feed You My Love” (because Karin composed both songs), and Margaret Berger is a better singer. I don’t like a lot to see Karin performing live.
My top 3 of MGP is (without order) “Monster Like Me”, “Next To You” and “Human Beings”.
Karin all the way, if she goes to ESC she can actually win the whole thing. 2015 so far has taught me that I am obviously just not into duets, because I can’t see the big deal about “Goodbye to Yesterday” or “A Monster Like Me”.
“Human Beings” is the only song that would place top 10. No more duets this year. “A Monster Like Me” is dreadful.
STAYSMAN & LAZZ – “EN GODT STEKT PIZZA have video for their song, and I think EBU wili not put on their official eurovision.tv if they winn, and in many countries video wili be censored or cut some scene.
HUMAN BEIGNS without a doubt, sick of duets this year on eurovision.
I still think Karin Park has the best song out there, with all my critical sense. Wouldn’t mind if “A Monster Like Me” won (though I don’t consider it a ‘masterpiece’, just no), but Norway would be missing a really strong entry. “Next to You” is a great composition, too.
It’s not even a competition.
A monster like me is the only choice.
“A Monster Like Me” is a masterpiece.
Erlend Bratland!!! Please Norway don’t send a ballad for the SECOND YEAR IN A ROW! I’m totally fine with any of these songs but not A monster like me -.- My favourite is Erlend but I like Jenny’s song too.
@lollalol: Stahp, please. Who the hell cares if there are 40 men or 40 women competing as long as the songs are fine?
Norway has a very strong selection this year. I love the songs by Karin, Mørland & Debrah, Jenny, Marie, and Ira, but most (not all) are good. If Karin wins “Human Beings” will become my new favourite Eurovision song of all time. Erlend winning would be my worst nightmare.
Yay!! Duets and divas, you always vote for the same! 😉
As much as I like Morland and Deborah, I seriously don’t want another ballad. Hopefully one of the more upbeat songs wins.
Oops i mean karin off course
Parin park is the best in my opinion contrazt with heaven is a guilty pleasure for me:-)
A MONSTER LIKE ME!!
Karin and Morland&Scarlet have the best song… I´m going for A Monster Like Me 😀
My TOP 3
1.Morland & Debrah Scarlett – A Monster Like Me
2.Alexandra Joner – Cinderella
3.Karin Park – Human Beings
A Monster Like Me all the way. Otherwise I’d be disappointed.
Norway always have good and modern songs! Hope ‘Thunderstruck’ or ‘Human Beings’ will win! My favourite Eurovision song ever is ‘I feed you my love’ by Margaret Berger! Karin Park composed it and her song this year is good and modern like Margarets in 2013! GO NORWAY 😀
Norway has no chance for top 5!
EF0912: We have many duets, but much moooore women. So they must choose man or the group, although is bad.
definitely A Monster Like Me! I think it has a big chance to win not just Melodi Grand Prix but ESC as well
Karin or Deborah/Morland will win for sure, they have the best songs. Though if they do win, I hope “A Monster Like Me” gets a bit revamped, because the last 1/3 of the song is the best and that should be extended more to the beginning as opposed to 2/3 of a slow ballad. But in the end “Human Beings” would probably stand out more anyway
Erland or Jenny <3 Or the pizza song lol
Based on the real accuracy of the Wiwi poll, it appears Morland & Debrah Scarlett will win. Plus the orchestra is apparently back, which could play big time in their favor. I do like Karin too.
I’d be happy with Karin, Jenny, Alexandra or Erland. I also like Mørland and Deborah but there are many duets this year and I prefer the other 4 (only just)
