Eugene: It is not the lyrics that you should focus on, it is the joik itself. Many joiks don’t have any lyrics at all. Joiks are not about something instead they try to capture the essence of something. So you might expect to get a feeling of freedom when listening to the joik. I would really like Jon to win. Mans has a good song, but Jon’s entry is really different.
While everyone is practically focusing on Mans, Eric and Mariette, I think he could do well with a good performance. It’s about time Sweden sends something completely out of the box like this
