Måns Zelmerlöw swept all competition at the Melodifestivalen 2015 dress rehearsal winning the audience vote with 42.9% of all votes.

SVT just published the statistics, which shows that 608 people from the audience voted in the poll that placed Måns Zelmerlöw first ahead of tonight’s final at the Friends Arena.

Eric Saade received 30% less votes, landing in second place and only polling 12.3% of all votes cast.

Saade was closely trailed by Samir & Viktor and Jon Henrik Fjällgren who took 11.8% and 11.5% of audience rehearsal votes cast.

Even combined Eric Saade, Samir & Viktor and Jon Henrik Fjällgren are still 8% adrift of Måns Zelmerlöw’s near majority of 42%.

No other acts managed to get more than 10% of all audience votes cast and the acts placing 5th-12th only managing a collective 29.5% of all votes. Ouch.

The audience vote is however not 100% accurate and the result tomorrow night will depend upon international juries, televoting and app voting.

Måns Zelmerlöw regardless seems the strong favourite to win Melodifestivalen 2015. He won the #Melfest Wiwi Jury and has consistently led our poll since it opened with a wide majority.

You can watch the final live tonight through SVT play from 20:00CET.

I can’t understand how everybody likes ‘Heroes’. I mean, it’s just another song that needs too much things to look good on stage, so average and even boring. Sweden it’s gonna flop this year if they choose this. Eric is so much better at singing and Sting is so catchy. I love Forever starts today as well.

@ Adams: Yes, that is correct. 🙂

So, he could win a public vote… Even if that’s the case, there’s still swedish jury + international jury. Right?

I’d be happy if either Dinah or Mans win!

My first listen to this song.
It has a great catch: ie the cartoon, the chorus, and the singer. It has the sing along effect, and the cartoons are brilliant addition. If this wins MF and it should, I can see Sweden winning for the 6th time, its upbeat with a message, love it.
Sweden 2016!!!
