William: This much is clear: Eduard and his dancers did not take a cold shower following their first rehearsal. Today’s second rehearsal seemed even more sexually charged and the booty shot of his very flexible female sidekick remains leathery and in tact. Eduard sounded quite strong vocally, though he did struggle with some of the choreography. During his first run-through Eduard struggled to rip off his tank top (shades of Sakis Rouvas 2009) and seemed to stumble with his back flip. Regardless, this is a high-energy, attention-grabbing number. A strong opener for the show.
Moldova’s second rehearsal at Eurovision 2015
Padraig: Everything’s slicker and tighter, but the sleaze remains intact. And they really need it, because this song has no other USP. Sure Eduard’s grown in confidence, despite a few hiccups with the shirt ripping and somersaults, but the song is really too dated to succeed. The fact that they’re the only delegation to use props to any major extent may work in their favour.
