Looking to brighten up the first days of autumn? Then flick on Alex Sparrow‘s brand new music video for his Russian-language single “Sumasshedshaya”, which means “Crazy”. It’s a fun video about relationships, love and girls — of course! — and comes with an unexpected ending. We won’t spoil if for you. The leggy blonde starring in the video is Polina Maximova, a famous model and actress who is also Alex’s colleague on the TV series “Deffchonki“. (The new season starts soon, so if you understand Russian, make sure to watch it).
“Sumasshedshaya” is Alex’s first song in the past three years. It’s topped the Russian iTunes charts from the moment it came out and it’s no wonder why. Alex’s alluring voice and the catchy chorus does the trick! Mr Sparrow (as he calls himself) has been busy acting in recent years — the list includes a few Russian TV series and lots of movies — and he’s putting those skills to good use here as a lothario with a crazy woman on his hands (and in his apartment). It’s a catchy tune and a funny video that will make you smile or even laugh. I don’t understand one word of Russian but I still get the story that is told. Alex Sparrow is an experienced actor and his acting abilities are more than adequate for this type of comedy. And he makes his fans happy by showing of his good looks in several types of outfits, from an elegant suit to underwear in the first scene. Wasn’t he featured in the movie ‘The Vatican Tapes’? I am not sure if this has already been shown in my place. Looking forward to watch the movie to see Alex, too.

Although it was obvious that he was/ is all over himself & cocky..
I don’t like all these guys that just because they are so hot beautiful they act so obnoxious & snobbish thinking that they are the best thing ever and all of the rest us feel inferior & mortals just because we are not hadsome like they are…Anyway..
I guess that he must be equally despicable like Dima Bilan…Typical of the russian singers like them..
