Ahead of her performance at the Eurovision Live Concert 2015 in Setúbal, Portugal, Bosnian singer Marija Sestic chatted to wiwibloggs correspondent Deban about her time at Eurovision — and the potential of a return.
Marija talked about her 2007 Eurovision experience, recalling when she graced the stage of Helsinki, living her own fairytale (and ponytail).
She also spoke about Bosnia and Herzegovina withdrawing from Eurovision and said she hopes that one day her country will be back – and she isn’t ruling out being the Valentina Monetta of the Balkans and representing her country again.
@Mario, please take a moment to reflect on the feedback you get from others. There is a lot of hostility coming from you with little or no regard for other readers/viewers. We all have one thing in common; our love for Eurovision. Please let’s focus on that. Petty fights on here are unnecessary, and they spoil the good work that authors and interviewers like myself have put in. The stars tune into the site regularly. I don’t think they’d appreciate bickerings about nothing on their stories. We’ve addressed this behaviour before. Please treat this as a FINAL WARNING.
You insult your own intelligence by posting these absurdly long and irrelevant facts and stats. No one has asked you to google every little bit of information on said topics. Your extreme posts, which are very difficult not to read due to the fact that they are longer then the articles themselves, are just a pathetic cry for attention.
Mario… You are the pain in the ass of this site. ONE SHORT COMMENT is okay, not that elaborates you “serve” us – non stop facts straight from Wikipedia and non stop “founding out” some gay stuff… Dude, give it a break, ’cause you ain’t as cool as you think so.
You’re a funny guy but one comment is enough (or maybe two if you forgot to add something)
Ah rijeka bez imena such a romantic and beautiful song. Even though 8 years left behind i still know the lyrics. I think she was unlucky that she was the first singer on the stage.
wow 5 out of 9 comments here belongs to you mario ……….
The encyclopedia of incongruity strikes again. Maybe it’s you Mario who should heed your own advice.
I loved her entry in 2007. Its those songs, full of tradition that I’ve missed in the more recent years.
we knooowwwwww mario
It would be great to see her back.
