The Netherlands‘ Shalisa is a teen starlet. wiwibloggs caught up with her after the second rehearsal of her entry “Million Lights”. She has been lighting up the stage with her piano, candles and capitvating backing dancers. She told us that her presentation plays a big role alongside the message of her song.
