The last heat of Hungary’s A Dal 2016 takes place on Saturday 6 February. Afterwards, all the semifinal slots will be filled. The field features a number of former A Dal stars, inluding ÍV and Bálint Gájer from 2015. They’ll be joined by some fresh faces, and altogether this is shaping up to be the most open heat so far. Everyone has a chance!

Just like in previous weeks, only six acts will go trough to the semifinals. An initial round of voting will see five qualifiers progress, as determined by a mixture of jury and viewer scores. The sixth semifinalist will be chosen during a second round of 100% public voting. Viewers at home will be able to vote by SMS, via the app or online. In fact, those of you outside Hungary will also be able to vote on the official A Dal website. But before all that, it’s time to choose your favourites. Who should join Freddie, Reni Tolvai, Musu, EMZ, Benji, ByTheWay, Kállay-Saunders Band, Gergo Oláh, Laci Gáspár, Karmapolis ft. Böbe Szécsi, André Vásáry and Passed in the semis?

You can vote for as many contestants as you like, but you can only vote ONE time. Be sure to check the box next to every act you want to support before submitting your votes. Voting ends on Friday 5 February — just ahead of the third heat on Saturday 6 February. Also, you can still vote in our main A Dal poll, where you can choose from all 30 entries.

Not a lot going on in this heat. Petruska has a nifty little song but is not going to be much of a player I am afraid.

“Seven Seas” is just about the best song in Hungary!

If Norway will choose “Icebreaker”, they will be 2nd.
1. Malta, 2. Norway, 3. Belgium, 4. Hungary, 5. Belarus, 6. Ireland, 7. Spain, 8. Albania.

My last ranking was 1. Malta, 2. Belgium, 3. Belarus, 4. Ireland, 5. Spain, 6. Albania. Hungary with Freddie will be only nr 3 in this ranking.

The weakest heat. The only songs I like are “Speed Bump” and “Már nem szédülök”.

Hungary for sure will choose Freddie and this is hopeless choice.
