Ira Losco from Malta has just completed her second rehearsal of “Walk On Water” at Eurovision 2016. In perhaps one of the biggest changes from the first rehearsal to the second, Ira has had some drastic changes to her performance – and for the better. The entire performance is far more polished and professional and Ira is owning her petite figure and a hunky backing dancer.
The first rehearsal started quite awkwardly for Malta. Ira came out in a giant hybrid of a dress and a coat that looked like a tent that had projection mapping built into it – highly technical, but not very practical. She looked very uncomfortable in this piece of clothing, and the reveal looked disjointed and unrehearsed.
The entire performance has now had a complete overhaul. Instead of Ira’s face being projected onto the back of her giant tent, it’s now projected onto the LED floor. The transition into the real Ira is smooth as a baby’s bottom. Ira is slaying the heck out of a gold rhinestoned dress with big splits down the side revealing her stunning legs.
The remainder of the performance appears to be very similar to the first rehearsal, but it’s a huge improvement and Malta now need to be taken as serious contender this year.
