On May 11, Eurovision stars and fans will #ComeTogether at Stockholm’s Hard Rock Cafe for the inaugural #WiwiJam. The event will run from 6pm until late. The party has now officially sold out, but for those who have reserved tickets, entry is totally free! You can come and listen to our stars live, meet the team behind wiwibloggs and absorb the atmosphere of one of Stockholm’s premier music venues. We recently closed our line-up, but just couldn’t resist the temptation to open it up again to a few more artists….
DEEN AT THE #WIWIJAM
Our fourteenth confirmed act is no stranger to Eurovision, as he competed previously in 2004 with the number “In the Disco.” That camptastic number radiated joy and sass, and took Bosnia & Herzegovina all the way to 9th place. He may be performing a more sober number this time around, but rehearsals have made it clear he’s still got the personality and disco swagger. He is Deen!
His musical career began at the tender age of 12 and he eventually joined the boyband Seven Up. Having enjoyed success in Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro, this Bosnian party animal has already won nine Davorin’s (the Bosnian correspondent to a Grammy), in categories including Best Singer, Best Album and Best Video.
Deen’s fashion game is on point. He routinely transforms the streets of Sarajevo into a runway all his own. And he does that with a whole lotta business savvy: He has a degree in Fashion Business and Branding Management. Keep slaying, honey…keep slaying!
Remember, this event is sold out. A ticket does not guarantee entry. There will be a queue policy in place once we reach capacity, this queue is ONLY for ticket holders with a one in and one out policy.
Preference will be given for people to come in to a dining table. However, tables do not have a clear view of the stage. Priority will also be given to delegations and invited media.
