Sergey Lazarev looked totally dashing on the Red Carpet ahead of the Eurovision 2016 Opening Ceremony, rocking a tailored suit that oozed James Bond chic. Finely coiffed and sporting just the right amount of facial hair, he proved that the red carpet isn’t just about the ladies.
Sergey was thrilled when our Denise got hold of him, and joked how rare it is to see a female wiwiblogger. Sergey is indeed a hot favorite to win and when asked if his confidence is rising following some pretty flawless rehearsals, he admitted that he feels a little bit of pressure.
But the reaction from his fans and the press more than makes up for that. “I’m so happy that they still believe in the song and believe in me and that the audience will understand what I want to say and that they still think that Russia can win”.
What happens on Tuesday night is yet to be seen, but we can all agree on that Sergey is a huge bundle of charm, and perfect Red Carpet material. He’s also a contender to win Eurovision’s Next Top Male Model — our annual search for the Eurovision contestant who can succeed as an international superstar after the Eurovision glory fades.
