It’s well-known that he works hard on his body.

And last week Eurovision 2016 front-runner Sergey Lazarev from Russia told wiwiblogger William that he’s applied the same devotion to perfecting his stage show for “You Are The Only One”, having started intense rehearsals back in February.

Despite hours of vocal coaching, design meetings and choreography sessions, he still manages to keep track of social media. In fact, he says that it’s him — not his PR — who interacts with wiwibloggs on Instagram. YASSSS!

Asked whether it is difficult to sing while performing the complicated routine, Sergey admitted that it’s hard. But you already knew that since he slipped off a step on the wall on Tuesday. Apparently they had changed the fabric on the screens, and it took some time to adjust. The Russian star shrugged it off: “It happens, but it’s OK now. That’s why we had this first rehearsal, to check everything”.

Sergey also told us that he stays in shape by going to the gym and abstaining from the sweet temptations around him. If he didn’t “the whole construction would fall down when I climb it”.

Speaking of his elaborate performance, Sergey says he loves packing so much in to his three-minute performance.

“Once you figure out what it is, it builds up to something new. It’s very important to keep the interest from the beginning till the end.” We couldn’t agree more!

The interview couldn’t have finished without a selfie with the Russian pop star, which Sergey was able to perfect with the help of his long arm.

Okay. Very interesting message…:/

I hope Europe doesn’t fall into this 4D trap.

We always choose powerful messages backed by a good melody. To me this one doesn’t have the message nor the modern melody.

Visuals, effects and a super star…not enough.
