On Friday evening he delivered a high-octane performance in Kaliningrad as part of his tour “The Best Show”.

And despite two hours of non-stop singing and dancing, Sergey Lazarev still found the energy to charm wiwiblogger Dayana backstage after the show.

Will Russia’s Eurovision 2016 star return to Eurovision in the future?

“It’s early to talk about Eurovision again,” he says. “I still have this experience in my memory, so I’m still trying to relax after Eurovision because it was kind of nervous. But it was a great experience and I think this was the best experience in my life so far.”

Scroll down for video

The 33-year-old hunk put on a pec-tacular display in a grey t-shirt which clung to every contour of his gym-honed body.

“I didn’t expect this kind of experience,” he said, as the glint in his eye reflected the shimmer of his signature gold necklace.

“Everybody told me before that this is a great experience and the best thing and you should try it.”

“I tried it and I totally agree with people who told me that this is the best. I really had fun.”

Throughout the Eurovision promotional season our team was attracted by Sergey’s lovely scent, which seemed to mix masculinity with floral notes.

So Dayana just had to ask him what he was wearing

“I have a lot — seventy different perfumes,” he said. “In Stockholm I had four or five with me.”

So deep is his love of cologne and perfume that he actually pulled out the fragrance he was wearing — Tiziana Terenzi’s “Orion”.

Orion is a floral woody musk with top notes of bergamot, red currant, pineapple and apple; middle notes of patchouli, jasmine, birch and thyme; and base notes of incense, amber, agarwood, musk and cedar.

Take it in…

@ The Brightest Falling Star,

Aren’t you a bit too hysterical about Ukrania’ s true win. Many people consider it to be political and they just express their opinion. They are adults, don’t you doubt, they just assess the topic not the way you do. Nobody cares whether Jamala reads this thread or not and is she insulted or not as well as nobody spares our guy’ s feelings calling his song “crappish” and all of this kind.
As an option Ukraine is the actual winner and a political one. Accept this.

Keep on living in your own world, guys! I won’t be surprised if I find out that some people here are 5 year olds… Ukraine won and you are so sad about it, right? Ha ha ha, you are so funny! Crying like babies does not help! I’m just saying it as a piece of advice.

As I have already said, you CAN say that you didn’t want Ukraine to win but you CAN’T say that Ukraine is not the real winner. Have you ever thought how Jamala would feel if she read these comments? But of course you don’t really care about the emotions of other people, right?

And your not nagging people no? Commenting on everyone who disagrees with Ukraines win?

Just because Ukraine won, doesn’t mean i “have to deal with it” maybe you should practice your own words and stop acting like a child?
Anyways, Eurovision Song Contest Kyiv 2017 should be fun times 😛

I have noticed that some people here behave like babies. And do you know what babies do? Whenever they don’t like a situation they start nagging. That’s what you do. It’s time for you to start behaving like adults, don’t you think? Ukraine won. Accept it and go on. Nothing else. Period.

@jonas Ukraine didn’t win in 2014 when the conflict started because that was the LGBT movements time to shine. Austria won, again to annoy Russia because they had just introduced their new anti-gay law, and they were booed immensely at the 2014 contest. Their entry in 2014 was also chosen before Crimea, Ukraine also didn’t compete in 2015 because of the conflict, so Jamala was actually the first Ukrainian participant since the war. I’m sorry but if you believe the victory was just down to sing alone, which really wasn’t that good in comparison to others and has been the… Read more »

@OR Like it or not, this song won because it’s amazing! You just can’t accept their victory so you dream fake theories up (politics, blah blah blah…). You must be so sad that your Israel didn’t win 😉 This is OR after the Grand Final: “Why didn’t Israel win? This is crazy! Hovi should have won because he is from Israel and his song was the best because it’s performed by someone who is from Israel! It’s all due to politics, anti-Semitism, homophobia blah blah blah!” (*she starts crying and she isn’t even trying to find the correct reasons why… Read more »

@Jonas Is Ukraine sent in 2014 a song with a political message? No!! like it or not this song won because politics – its a proven particularly among the judges seemed to chose sides in the conflict Russia – Ukraine, on the one hand gave the most points to Ukraine and on the other hand chose almost completely ignored Russia. People at home who voted for Ukraine were probably excited from the harsh words and the political message of the expulsion of people from their homes so that is also a political reason to vote for a song , but… Read more »

I don’t believe Ukraine’s victory was political. Why didn’t they win in 2014 when the Ukraine/Russia conflict dominated international headlines much more than it has since? With a 24 hour news cycle, people have short memories and have moved onto other “info-tainment”. I don’t for a second believe that all the people who picked up a phone for Ukraine were basing it on a hatred of Russia. People generally are insular and not that clued up on international affairs, and I don’t believe it was a large factor in Jamala’s victory. That would be down to her stunning and emotionally… Read more »

@Mario = Legend

Exactly, I totally agree.

@Alsou

Darling, we live in 2016, not 2006 when there was only the televote. And I respect different opinions. You can say that you wanted Russia to win but you can’t say they are the true winner. There is a difference 😉

@Alsou

The highest score argument is joke. Double points available with new system so of course he get highest score. Moot point. Jamala and ukraine are the winners. There is no true winner or people winner. Jamala won the Eurovision and we are going to ukriane. The rule says the winner is combine of fifty/fifty jury AND televote. There is only one true winner and that is Jamala. Get over it. Please, I’m asking kindly. It is getting so boring for others.

@The Brightest Falling Star and can you accept the other people’s opinions? For many people Sergey is the real winner. In fact he won the televoting with the third highest score in history.

@The Brightest Falling Star
Of course I’me leaving it today.
The amusing thing is that Sergey’s ordinary well-beforehand-planned show in Latvia caused all this discussion. Jamala doesn’t attract attantion comparalable with this. So, why? Isn’t she the Winner?=))
In a week’s time Sergey will probably win something from MUS TV and it may make another topic here. Let’s be pationate.

mmm… Ukranian haters everywhere? Really? Oh, poor Ukraine. They’ve put a really right accent on their entrance to win ESC this year but will it last for ages?
This is a Russian singer’s thread after all and let’s discuss parfumes instead of politics since he likes it and can afford this.
Let me start. I am mad about Etro Messe de Minuit.

@Plum Totaly agree with you. Having nothing against Jamala and her song, I have to admit that if the performer, the song, the vocals, even the country she represented were the same with only one change – the title – for examle to 1915 (Armenian Genocide) or 1942 (Genocide f the Polish by Ukrainian Nazis) the act wouldn’t make it to the top3.

@Darren, I must agree with you. Ukraine won mostly thanks to the song filled with political content and, I am sorry to say, lies. Crimean tatars were repressed in 1944 not just for having innocent brown eyes but for supporting the Naziz. And they were not killed in their houses as Jamala puts it. That story has nothing to do with what happened in Crimea in 2014 when nobody was repressed or killed. Crimean people including crimean tatars chose to join Russia willingly and legally. But the “wonderful” song had a correct “message” on the background of anti-Russian moods and… Read more »

If I can weigh in here, I think I will have to agree with @OR here, we don’t normally agree on much but she is right here. Ukraines win was completely political. Sure everyone will disagree by saying that it is historical rather than political, but bare in mind that history is a result of political action. WW2 is now considered history, but in 1939 it was politics. Ukraines win was completely political and ever since 2014 there has been a complete any-Russian agenda at Eurovision. Granted Austria 2014 and Sweden 2015 were better entries than Russia, the agenda was… Read more »

In this year Russia deserved to Grand Prix. Sergey`s performance was amazing and magical. His voice was beautiful. Last year I had a big problem for Russian song. Polina sang about peace – in my opinion it was hypocrisy. In this year I think Sergey deserved to win because his song is about love. Ukraine shouldn`t win because break Eurovision rules. 1944 – it`s political song. In my opinion political songs are the bed way. Juries also were political, Russia didn`t win because half juries totally ignored Sergey Lazarev. We should come back to 100% televoting. People vote follow the… Read more »

@The Brightest Falling Star

It was meant to be relevant but my English leaves much to be desired, that’s why I don’t always express properly out of being a lazy person.
What I meant to say was that if a song pretends to have a “message” this message shouldn’t contain political hints “on the hot topic of the day”. Garipova’s and Gagarina’s songs didn’t contain anything of this kind. Messages should be delicately handled and not all of them have the right to win.

The Brightest Falling Star
The Brightest Falling Star

@OR

You can’t say that the message of “1944” is “hypocrite”, it just doesn’t refer to the events you just mentioned. And can you please stop talking about your country all the time? There were 42 freaking countries competing this year and you only talked about your own country… OK, we got it, you are from Israel, you love your country, you love Hovi, you love “Made Of Stars” (probably just because it’s the song of your country), blah blah blah… You start getting boring and annoying.

OR

Ukrainian song’s message is hypocrite, while the song is about the deportation of Tatars from their homes, Tatars themselves helped the Nazis kill Jewish people … then the Tartars “only” expelled but the Jewish people murdered in cold blood.But unfortunately, not many people are aware of this historical matter.
Second – song message is important, but not when it One-sided and not tells the all sides of the story , Serbia’s message was important and not one-sided.
Not always a song with a message won , for example Denmark in 2013 – So charming song without a message …

The Brightest Falling Star
The Brightest Falling Star

@Plum

I’m not saying that meaningless songs are always bad but they are not winners in any means. Also, your first paragraph is completely irrelevant to the topic.
