When Serhat accepts an invitation to perform, he doesn’t just deliver — he dazzles, he wows, and he lays the ground work to do it all again. So much so that Germany’s ZDF-Fernsehgarten — perhaps the country’s most popular summer entertainment show — has invited the Turkish singer back to perform live, just weeks after his first performance last month.
You can watch Serhat perform on the ZDF-Fernsehgarten live stream on July 10 at noon CET.
Serhat flew the flag for San Marino at Eurovision 2016, winning over fans with his voice and charisma.
He slayed at the #wiwijam, where he had the crowd at the Hard Rock Cafe eating out of the palm of his hands.
Now, he’s reaching out to millions of viewers again on German TV, where he will reprise his Eurovision 2016 song.
Last month he performed Je m’adore on the show and received a standing ovation.
ZDF Fernsehgarten was honoured in the Guinness Book of World Records as the longest running live open-air entertainment show.
Speaking exclusively to wiwibloggs Sergat said:
“My performance of Je m’adore on June 12 at ZDF Fernsehgarten was fixed back in March. Because of Eurovision, I asked to delay it till June. It became a huge success through the audience. After my performance, the producers invited me again on July 10 — this time with my Eurovision entry “I Didn’t Know”. I will perform the disco version for the first time with my dance team in its original choreography. The follow-up single is almost finished. We are still working in studios in Frankfurt and Brussels. After shooting the video in September, we will release it.”
