“Stones” lyrics – Zibbz (Switzerland, Eurovision 2018)

Zibbz will represent Switzerland at Eurovision 2018 with their song “Stones”. The duo won Switzerland’s national final Die Entschediungsshow – ESC 2018.

Zibbz are made up of brother and sister duo, Stee and Coco. The group split their time between Zurich and LA, and released their latest album “It Takes a Village” in September 2017.

The duo started playing instruments at an early age, inspired by their musician parents. By their teens, they had their own reality show on Swiss MusicTV, which had them touring Swiss festivals and clubs.

The song is a cautionary tale about the pressures of modern life. The chorus asserts, “We’re the liars in the face of facts / Different weapon but the same attack / No, I ain’t throwing stones”.
