Eurovision preview season is in full swing. Some events have already happened, and there are many more to come. And one we definitely have on our calendar is the Moscow Eurovision Pre-Party which unfolds on the 7th of April inside Moscow’s stunning VEGAS Kuntsevo shopping mall.
Yes, the annual Moscow pre-party is returns after going on hiatus in 2017. And what a night it will be for Julia Samoylova, the much talked-about Russian contestant. She celebrates her birthday on the same day as the concert, and will mark the occasion by delivering her song live for the very first time. Blow out the candles and say “I Won’t Break”!
As with all things Eurovision, Russia is going big.
The list of performing artists includes three Eurovision 2018 stars — Azerbaijan’s Aisel, Moldova’s DoReDos and Armenia’s Sevak Khanagyan. But there’s much more than that. Also joining the fun are Eurovision 2014 stars The Tolmachevy Sisters, Eurovision 2013 singer Dina Garipova and Eurovision maestro (and Russia’s top-paid pop star) Philipp Kirkorov.
Junior Eurovision 2017 winner Polina Bogusevich will have a turn on the stage. And she’ll be joined by Bulgaria’s Eurovision 2017 singer Kristian Kostov, Belarus’ 2007 act Dmitri Koldun, Belarus’ IVAN from 2016 and the always-entertaining Guru Groove Foundation.
VEGAS, baby!
The pre-party will unfold inside the newly built shopping mall VEGAS Kuntsevo, which is also the permanent home of a popular Russian Muz TV channel TV Show. The mall has its own “Little Italy” inside with a copy of the Colosseum and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. And, of course, there are also plenty of shops, restaurants and places to relax. Fancy, cozy, spacious, luxurious, wow!
The event starts at 19:00 and entry is completely FREE. So be on time to get the best spot! As the stars arrive they’ll walk a red carpet from 17:30 and fans will have the chance to snap photos. And by the way — our very own William Lee Adams will host the red carpet event. So see you there and let’s do this!
I’m crying! ;-)))))))))))))

It’d be cool if Polina Bogusevich represented Russia at Eurovision 2020! 😀
Dear European (Your Majesty)… Why not do it right now? Go to Sydney, Melbourne, wherever and have sunny party and fun. Yu definitely need it and it has nothing to do witn ESC.
I really hope she can handle the song, I want her to well in the contest, she really deserves it.
The concert is organized in 10 days that’s why it is hard to have artists from other countries. And if it was possible organization-wise, the singers are not so brainwashed to not attend a concert just because the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (not Scotland Yard or Prosecutors) SUSPECTS Russia (the government?, citizens?, special services?) in ATTEMPT of murder of 2 people, one of which has recovered.
Talk about music pleace and be respectfull. : )
Love, love, peace, pease.
Such nonsense about Ukraine could write only Russian
sorry, this is a comment on the post above
Boring…
I hope in Amsterdam, Jerusalem, Barcelona and London we will have artists from whole Europe.
Foolish people believe in Western propaganda and lies about Russia.
Like Russia is not the grandfather of propaganda ….. they invented it and now they are the-best at it. In how many elections Russia was involved in? Why Russia keeps bullying other countries like Ukraine and take whatever it want like Crimea? The government itself dopes his athletes for Olympics and that same gov assassinate people in other countries like UK. And still the Russians are like ” o we love Putin , West is bad propaganda”. Can you all just move to the Asian part of Russia, join Eurovision Asia , give kisses and goodbyes to Europe. We all… Read more »
@darkpassionplay This is rude. Everyone should respect each other. Music is not about politics.
As for Russian pre-party , nobody force other countries to represent their songs in Moscow. Who won’t represent their songs in this pre-party ,actually they lose a chance to be highly ranked and respected. It’s incorrect to put political interests above musical interesrs.
I am not a resident of Russia. Criminals torture Ukraine, who after the armed coup seized the Ukrainian government. The coup was funded by the United States, the EU pushed for a coup. These criminals sent tanks against the unarmed people of Donbass. Did you know that before 1954 The Crimea was in Russia, did you know that the leaders of the USSR gave the Crimea to Ukraine in violation of the laws of the USSR and Russia? Do you have evidence of who killed? Do you know what is the presumption of innocence, that the guilty is determined only by… Read more »
You’re not a resident of Russia as you say. You may however be a resident of Stupid.
Lol at those ‘artists’ though.
Actually, Aristotle is the grandfather of Propaganda. There is a history before Russia and USSR.
Are gay people allowed LOL ?
As long as the Belarusian guy doesn’t bring the wolf, we’re solid. Poor little guy.
Sounds great, and the entry is free. But I wonder why less artists go to pre-parties this year. It seems that all pre-parties will have less artists that compete this year.
Hey, don’t count out Amsterdam and Jerusalem. Those are the biggies. Looks like more than a few are performing in London and Barcelona as well.
There is no party in Jerusalem
Oh sorry I meant Tel Aviv
Eurovision in concert in Amsterdam has confirmed till now 31 artist and still counting. So not all pre-parties have less artist 😉
