We at Wiwibloggs think all of our readers and viewers are very important people. So we’re incredibly excited to announce that we — along with our partners at MyHeritage — are giving away 12 VIP tickets to the Eurovision Song Contest in Tel Aviv. That’s four VIP tickets to Semi-Final 1, four VIP tickets to Semi-Final 2 and four VIP tickets to the grand final. All of them VIP, and all of them for you. Wowzers!
How do I win the VIP tickets to Eurovision?
Eurovision 2019 is all about bringing people together, celebrating diversity, loving music and daring to dream. So we want to know how you embody these feel-good themes.
All you have to do is film a video of yourself explaining why you deserve to win the tickets.How are you a #wiwiVIP? How have you shown your love for Eurovision? Why do you want to go to Eurovision? You can literally tell us anything and give any reason to explain why you deserve the tickets. Make us laugh, smile, cry — we are ready.
The video should be one minute or less. Share it on Instagram along with the text: “@wiwibloggs and @myheritage_official are giving away 12 VIP tickets to #Eurovision 2019. Here’s why I deserve to win! #wiwiVIP #MyHeritage”
Then specify which show or shows you are available to attend: SF1, SF2 or grand final.
The deadline is April 29 at 18:00 GMT.
Any other rules I need to know about?
You can appear in the video alone or with a friend.
Entrants must be 18 years or older. If you are under 18, then a parent or guardian must appear in the video with you and you will be entered as a pair.
The prize does not include airfare, hotel stay or any other expenses. You need to be in Tel Aviv or able to get to Tel Aviv to redeem your prize.
By entering, you give us the right to share your video on our Instagram and YouTube channel if you’re selected as a winner.
How will you choose the winners?
On April 29, at 18:00 GMT, we will click on the hashtag and watch all of the entries. We’ll create a shortlist of 10 and then more than 70 wiwibloggers will vote for their favourites. We will announce the winners by 2 May on wiwibloggs.com, the wiwibloggs Instagram and the wiwibloggs YouTube channel.
We will then contact the winners one-by-one to see which show they would like to attend: SF1, SF2 or the grand final. The first place winner decides first, the second place entrant chooses second, and so on.
How many tickets do I win?
Each winning entrant receives two tickets — that’s one for you, and one for a friend to attend the show with you. That means we will have six winners if each winner takes a friend.
If any winner chooses to attend the show alone — that is TOTALLY fine! — then we will give the extra ticket to the next person on our list.
