For a 12th year in a row London opened its doors to the Eurovision fans with the London Eurovision Party 2019.
We had 23 acts in total performing at the London Eurovision Party, including 18 acts that will compete for the trophy in Tel Aviv this month. It was a night jam packed with stars but we asked you to vote for your favourite performance
After counting just over 9,000 votes the results are in. With 1,343 votes, or 14.57% of all the votes, it was Italy’s Mahmood with his performance of “Soldi” that came ended up on top.
In the last week before rehearsals start, Mahmood’s light is shining bright. His song has just topped the OGAE Poll 2019 and he also ended up second with the Wiwi Jury, our very own in-house panel of music unprofessionals.
But it was a super tight race between the top three favourites. In second place with 1,317 votes, or 14.45% of all votes, is Spain’s Miki with “La Venda”, only 26 votes behind your favourite. And only six votes behind the second came your third favourite. With 1,311 votes, or 14.39% of all votes, is The Netherlands’ Duncan Laurence with “Arcade”.

This night mahmood sang very well and also the public was involved, singing and clapping with him….
It was a great performance.
He can sing very well, as he did in Sanremo and other live; I don’t know why there are people saying he can’t sing…
Also Miki was great this night, Duncan sang well and other singers too
I agree this night mahmood’s performance was great. And the public was very involved, they knew the song and sang with mahmood, clappig hands… It was important because there is always someone saying he can’t sing or that in sanremo he didn’t perform well, while it was the contrary ! Also Miki did in London a very good performance, and also duncan.. I put the link to the exhibition of mahmood in sanremo because I think somebody hasn’t seen it yet, and also to the exhibition in a popular tv program. His live are great. https://corrieredellumbria.corr.it/video/media/649158/festival-di-sanremo-ascolta-soldi-la-canzone-con-cui-ha-vinto-mahmood.html Esibiz mahmood s sanremo… Read more »
Very close to Spain
Sorry but I didn’t like the Italian performance at all, I was expecting more liked Duncan the most at that concert
IMHO Duncan wasn’t the best that night. Ok, you dont like Mahmood in any ways (and there he was so good, despite the story he wouldn’t be able to sing live) , but Lundvik, Michael, Lake Malawi, Miki, Tulia, Bilal were totally on point
Duncan again. Is not good PR. Leave him alone for a while.
Eh ! He is participating in a song contest , so you expect the participants name to be there in the article !!
Daddy Mahmood stay winning ayeeeeeee
And not a single word from you about Nevena’s english version of ‘Crown’ or special performance from Tamara Todevska.. ? ?
Ma’am , Read the daily digests.
