I really love this picture. They look so lovely.
I just love that picture of all the semi final 2 qualifiers together, its so joyful! I wonder if there is a photo of all the 43 or however many it was entrants this year, together as a group? I would love to see that.
It is the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest tomorrow. Please, let’s vote not for person, that was chosen and actively promoted by EBU -Duncan Laurence from the Netherlands. It is profitable for EBU. So, please, let’s choose the WORTHY winner! #eurovision #ESC
Except for Iceland and Azerbaijan, snd half will be so borring

Read comments and shame on you jury
Malta to open the show that’s unlikey but we are still behind you till the end . go Malta .
It is shame that 19 years old boy has better voice then all this singers on ESC. I hope next year I will see Roko with better song, this young boy is amazing.
Netherland is boring, go Sweden
Nothing against the Swedish John Ludvik (seems like a lovely guy) – but this favourtism towards Sweden has to stop! It’s becoming predictable and too obvious!
Denmark and Malta are complitly disaster
same was said to Netta’s song and the way she looks last year and she won.
Yes Netta win, but her song is still terrible and her look omg
yeah like you
Don’t care who wins it now, Albania in the final.
Semifinal 2’s results were quite pleasant. A better outcome than of course Tuesday’s show (at least for my favorites). Russia and Sweden are expected, likewise for the Netherlands. In fact, we got a clean sweep with all the songs that performed back to back in show’s last third, which was a surprise.
Sweden’s live performance didn’t match the perfection that was John Lundvik’s national final show from Melodifestivalen. It could be technical but it wasn’t as smooth as back in February.
Considering the fact when Netta won last year people like myself who wanted Cyprus to win where annoyed that their favourites didn’t do well, hopefully on Saturday we vote for the song that will represent all of Europe, and do us proud. Hopefully we put all Politics aside and borders aside, and the country that attracts us the best will take home the crown, let’s vote right, let’s vote fairly, and may the best artist and country who are the most liked, win the contest fairly.
Malta would do OK, I reckon. It’s catchy as hell, and she can sing. I’m more worried about the former favourites. Switzerland let me down in several ways, just like Cyprus, Greece and Iceland. Norway will go through for a top ten; catchy enough AND they can sing. Netherlands, Australia, Russia and Sweden are the ones to watch out for; they have the best voices.
Does anyone know when the breaks will be? Is it after the 9 and the 19?
My prediction break before San Marino (7). then before Greece (13)and last before Azerbaijan (20)
The running order https://eurovision.tv/story/eurovision-2019-this-is-the-running-order-of-the-grand-final
Wow I just saw it Sweden are quite good, although early, Netherlands are perfect, The UK arent that bad, Russia Im not sure, and Switzerland and Azerbaijan are strong in the running order aswell. And Malta has to open which is rough.
1. Sweden
2. Germany
3. Denmark
4. Albania
5. Czech Republic
6. Greece
7. Malta
8. Russia
9. Slovenia
10. San Marino
11. Netherlands

18. Serbia
19. Switzerland
20. United Kingdom
21. Belarus
22. Estonia
23. Azerbaijan
24. Norway
25. Iceland
26. Spain
Just a little conspiracy to add on: Israel 1st in 1978, 1998, 2018 – winning every 20 years
Iceland 2nd in 1999, 2009, … – could Iceland be 2nd every 10 years?
Ooh Malta is opening the show, Spain is closing the show, The Netherlands are 12th, Switzerland are 24th, and Sweden are 9th, and the UK are 16th, That’s quite a good order.
Malta is disaster , even San Marino is better.
Did they actually get announced wow, I mean I hope Cyprus, The Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland get good spots, and That the Uk get remembered although I doubt we will have much luck, but still that’s crazy if it did get announced.
How many breaks are there in the show?
The Eurovision lottery splits it into First Half and a Second Half. But i think the show itself is actually divided in 3 parts, from a television broadcast point of view, no?
This semifinal was, I think, in 3 parts. The final, with 26 songs, may be in 4 parts.
Prediction of the running order (just for fun)
First half
Malta
Germany
San Marino
Albania
Greece
North Macedonia
Sweden
Russia
Denmark
Slovenia
Czech Republic
The Netherlands
Cyprus
Second Half
Israel
Azerbaidjan
United Kingdom
Estonia
Norway
Belarus
Iceland
Italy
Serbia
Switzerland
France
Australia
Spain
Repeat whit me ¡Hasta luego Mari Carmen!
Damn Bastard Bjorkman Greece 13th…
The Netherlands and Australia won their semis.
Yes, that’s very obvious.
I don’t think it really works like that. Albania performed 12th in the GF last year, but they came 8th in the semifinal.
Malta opening the final, Spain closing it, Albania 2nd, Duncan 12th between Cyprus and Greece, Mahmood 22nd ,Sergey 5th – a quick sneak peak from a running order, the same pattern as in the Case of Conchita, Mans and Sobral, so they went for Dutchies…
THE ACTUAL RUNNING ORDER JUST ANNOUNCED
1. Malta
2. Albania
3. Czech Republic
4. Germany
5. Russia
6. Denmark
7. San Marino
8. North Macedonia
9. Sweden
10. Slovenia
11. Cyprus
12. Netherlands
13. Greece
14. Israel
15. Norway
16. United Kingdom
17. Iceland
18. Estonia
19. Belarus
20. Azerbaijan
21. France
22. Italy
23. Serbia
24. Switzerland
25. Australia
26. Spain
Poor Malta.
Malta would have only just qualified then
Not necessarily. It just probably means that it can’t win the whole thing, i.e. it didn’t win or come close to winning the semi. It’s a fantastic show opener though, even if it blows its chances at the contest.
Malta has a good song she just needs to find more confidence on stage especially now she is opening
Imri was 3rd in 2017 & then opened the grand final.
What a strong finish to the final this will be!
Poor Albania
Also, winning positions lately have been either end of first half, which bodes well for The Netherlands, and the 17-22 positions, boding well for Iceland, France, Italy? Surprising that songs at the very end didn’t really win lately, but that might be just bad luck: being at the end should be quite good. So songs still in play:
Netherlands, Iceland, France, Italy, Switzerland, Australia, Spain
Doesn’t bode well for Italy. They won’t win singing from position 22 after Netta having won from 22 last year. History repeats itself, even at Eurovision, but not 2 years in a row.
I think putting estonia after iceland again was a mistake
Spain it is!
seems like Azerbaijan and France lost steam. The rehearsals can’t really tell much if most people can’t see them. I thought those two countries had killer stagings. I mean…they are good, but not winning material. Azerbaijan has a very good first minute, then it loses me and gets a bit flat. France is very professional, but at the same time, it’s something that we have seen several times over the past few years. and there’s Australia. The rehearsals put Kate in the bookies’ top 10, but she only got into the top 3 after the performance. Anyway, I still think… Read more »
A random order I came up with:

The Netherlands
Malta
—–
Israel
Estonia
United Kingdom
Belarus
Serbia
Azerbaijan
Italy
France
Norway
Switzerland
Iceland
Australia
Spain
Looks good but I would swap Malta and Netherlands. Since Slovenia and Netherlands are both slow paced songs
WHERE ARE THOSE ANNOYING CROATIAN FANS SAYING THAT WE WERE JUST JEALOUS OF THE CROATIAN SONG BEING THE BEST?
WHERE ARE THEY??????????????????????????????????????????????
Go cry at Houdek’s house now.
Good riddance.
After Roko voice your Dancan sounds like baby . Roko is is too good forfood this poor festival.
Gosh, you croatian fans are soooo childish.

Interesting.
swap san marino with czech republic and i am ok with this
Most likely San Marino or Malta to open the final and France or Norway to end it. 2nd spot in running order to Germany, Slovenia or North Macedonia for sure.
What do you guys think of this running order?
Sweden – N. Macedonia – San Marino – Slovenia – Cyprus – Germany – Russia – Denmark – Greece – Albania– Czech R.– The Netherlands – Malta – Israel – Belarus – United K. – Azerbaijan – Estonia – Iceland – France – Switserland – Serbia– Norway – Italy– Australia – Spain
My prediction for the running order as follows:
1. San marino
2. Germany
3. Czech Republic
4. Albania
5. Denmark
6. Slovenia
7. North Macedonia
8. Sweden
9. Russia
10. Cyprus

23. Australia
24. Italy
25. Switzerland
26. Azerbaijan
Come on we all know Netherlands will be 10 or 11. Its obvious. Not 13 because Israel is 14th.
Betting odds and all europe in 2018 and 2019: There is no way Albania will qualify
I’m pretty sure it was around 11th in the betting odds to qualify before today.
Not sure how the running order will look like yet, but I believe having done research on some previous draws as well other factors (genres, tempo of song, male/female, staging clashes) and think the EBU would make a ‘show’ in this order: ———–1st half———– 01. Sweden 02. Albania 03. Cyprus 04. Germany 05. Malta 06. North Macedonia 07. Czech Republic 08. Slovenia 09. Greece 10. Russia 11. Denmark 12. The Netherlands 13. San Marino ———–2nd half———– 14. Israel (pre-drawn slot) 15. Switzerland 16. France 17. Azerbaijan 18. Iceland 19. Serbia 20. Norway 21. Australia 22. Estonia 23. Italy 24. Belarus… Read more »
I don’t think they’ll punish a relatively strong song (Sweden) by putting it first. It will be something that has little chance anyway, maybe Czech Republic?
Also, Belarus, UK and Estonia are not getting those superb late slots. Switzerland, France, Iceland, more likely.
Possibly one of the strongest first halfs in recent years… the fight for the win is gonna be so tough this year, anything can happen.
My running order prediction:
1. San Marino
2. Germany
3. Czech Republic
4. Slovenia
5. Cyprus
6. North Macedonia
7. Sweden
8. Albania
9. Denmark
10. Russia
11. Greece
12. Netherlands
13. Malta
14. Israel
15. Belarus
16. United Kingdom
17. Iceland
18. France
19. Norway
20. Estonia
21. Australia
22. Switzerland
23. Azerbaijan
24. Serbia
25. Italy
26. Spain
Agree
Does anyone here know if it is Christer Bjorkman deciding the running order?
Yes.
https://eurovision.tv/story/exclusive-running-order-producers-decide-2017
Absolutely no matter what people say love the songs that are performed this year, didn’t think The Netherlands would be performing during the first half considering them being the favourites and all I thought they’d get a stronger position, but The Netherlands, Switzerland, Cyprus, Sweden I wish the best of luck and I’m rooting for, and there’s some other great songs from Serbia and Azerbaijan and Malta did good as well, which I would love to do well but for the final: The Netherlands Cyprus Sweden Switzerland and any one of the others, from the UK wish them all the… Read more »
If someone should do the honours of starting the show, please, let it be King Serhat! The happiest start of this song contest possible!
I can see Iceland closing the show LOL
Honestly I would donate a kidney to make that happen.
lol
My guess
1.Czech republic
2. Germany
And then, a total bloodpath….
Ye I think they’ll probably do something like 9.Russia 10.Slovenia 11.Sweden 12.Denmark 13.Netherlands just to give the favourites the best slots ??. Come on Azerbaijan!!
North Macedonia for the win ! Amazing woman with a stand-out voice.
Me thinks:
Czech R. opening
Australia closing
Iceland +-18
Israel 14
Sweden/N’lands 9-13
Cyprus 7
Big 5 country will be closing as always…
Sweden would be a great opener, but well, Christer is not that impartial…..
Sweden would be a brilliant opener!
P.S. Sweden opened in 1984. They won. 😀
They wont this year.
Denmark to open the final? It’s upbeat, a song about love and not being political… Kind of seems like something KAN would do.
So happy for Malta, Albania and North Macedonia. I hope Malta doesn’t open the show tho 🙁 please give that role to San Marino and have Malta on later. We saw how the juries crucified Ukraine last year.
