Junior Eurovision 2019 Second Rehearsals

As the Junior Eurovision 2019 final draws ever nearer, second rehearsals took place on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 November.

Ten countries — Albania, Armenia, Australia, Belarus, France, Georgia, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan and Malta — returned to the Gliwice Arena on Thursday. They were last on stage on Tuesday for their first rehearsals.

The remaining nine — The Netherlands, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Spain, Ukraine and Wales — came back on Friday. Their first run-throughs were on Wednesday.

But who do you think made the most impact?

You can watch the official one-minute snippets below. Then vote in our poll. You can vote for as many countries as you like, but you can only vote one time, so make it count. Be sure to click the box next to each act you want to support before pressing submit.

Also, these are the same snippets which will be used for Phase 1 of the online voting, which opened at 20:00 CET on Friday 22 November. Read more about that here.

Unlike the first rehearsals earlier in the week, the second run-throughs were open to the press. So, make sure to also follow wiwibloggs on Instagram for all of the behind-the-scenes action.

Some of them have outstanding vocals indeed. But I fear some similar performances may overshadow each other. If asked to assess the songs themselves, I hope to see North Macedonia or Poland win and The Netherlands or Ireland completing that top-3 spot. Let’s see what happens tomorrow.

Just in regards to who improved the most through a 2nd rehearsal; Ireland, Kazakhstan, Netherlands (these three are now contenders for the win), Georgia and Armenia.
