The end of January saw some developments in one of Eurovision’s most hectic selection processes when 49 acts tried to impress the judging panel at Belarus’ iconic live auditions. In the end, the jury selected just 12 acts to compete in the live TV final.
Now, as the 28 February selection show fast approaches, we’re asking who should win the final and represent Belarus in Rotterdam?
Listen to all 12 audition performances below. Note, many are demo versions. Also, the staging is basic, so expect everything to be upgraded in the grand final.
Once you’ve checked out the full dozen, have your say in our poll. Vote for whoever and as many acts as you want but remember: you can only vote once.

fully agree with the previous speaker
Group CHAKRAS ! It’s something so different!
If they add some lyrics, it would be awesome!
Chakras is the best!!!!!????????
Happy that Napoli in this year with good song! Good luck!
Chakras is the best!!!
Val is good!!!
VAL for me. It sounds very catchy and pleasant.
I would just go with Napoli or Angelika.
No song from this selection is qualifying so you might as well reward someone who, through corrupt juries or questionable televotes, were robbed in a previous year.
Napoli has new version of song
Happy for them they changed music, now it’s so cool ? https://youtu.be/eFf52liHzo8
Sorry but the biggest crime of this year is Keysi – Chili Pepper. Such a cool and current beat and you get these “lovely” lyrics to accompany it.
Get to know me step by stepper
You’re a danger, still a stranger
I’m like a fire like that chilli pepper.
Is this song straight out of Google translate?
Chakras – winner!!!
Chakras!!!!!the best !!!!!
It’s between Sasha, Angelika, NAPOLI and Chakras to me.
Chakras are the best !!!! Worthy to represent Belarus !!!!
Only Napoli good one https://youtu.be/eFf52liHzo8
I don ‘t like most of the songs. But two of them are okay for me.
1. AURA – “BARANI SVAJO”
2. GROUP CHAKRAS – “LA-LEY-LA”
It must do Napoli!!!
One and only Olga napoli “don’t let me down” with all best wishes ?
Go napoli go!
From Belarus has to go Napoli 100%!!!!
KeySi – “Chili Pepper” is ZENA like it 2.0 . At least send something original this year like Chakras.
Elline Day was robbed.
I have a soft spot for Sasha’s Rocky Road.
Judging by the poll though, I think I might be the only one!
Why are you all sleeping on VAL?
They’re my favorite. Or at the very least my least-not-favorite.
Unfortunately, whatever Belarus picks this year, they’ll likely be in my bottom 5. I’d go with Angelika Pushnova. Her song might be generic and bland, but at least she sells it on stage and can sing in English. Even so, she holds a distinction of being my lowest rated NF winner in 3 years.
Others are either butchering the English language to the point of not being intelligible, have bad songs or both. Napoli has hit the rock bottom with that breathy and repetitive song with appropriation costumes.
Overall, I’m rating this selection with a No/10. 🙁
I’d like to argue that one, but I can’t. There are several songs here I consider worse than the French one, but at least there is variety and public input. Belarus at least *tries*. France is just lazy.
Funny everyone voting for a homophobic singer aka Keisy that said in an interview that Conchita was a circus and gays are freaks
That’s not funny, that’s called “voting based on the song and performance”.
People forget easily!
Well her song is ridiculous and emetic…
She may be the worst person in the whole Europe but it’s song contest…
It is lie, she did not said it
Angelika Pushnova. Songs not bad and she has great stage presence and with a revamp Belarus could definitely qualify
The Winner for me is the Song “hello”
Her english is even worse than Alekseev, I didn’t understood a word.
No one they are all BAD they need to stay in Belarud
Chakras (some local flavour) or Keysi (urban song following last year qualification with something similar). But I don’t know if they would even qualify. Also only two or three weeks remain until deadline. Aren’t they supposed to revamp the winner?
I’d say there was nothing wrong with the backing vocalists – they hit every note, it’s just that the chords were at some moments a bit strange and unexpected, but that’s how they were written. And of course, the vocalists looked a little ridiculous reading their notes from a sheet.
Sasha’s Rocky Road for me:-)
Boring as hell and equally catchy 🙂
Yes, I will say that imo it’s the one that are least bad of the bunch;-)
Damn, I’m still humming it!
CHAKRAS opening definitely. I like the lyrics 😀
KeySi for the win!
Please no ! Unlike chili pepper, this song is tasteless.
Based solely on these auditions, meaning my favorites probably well change based on final performances(though by then we’ll have a winner) these are my current favs(no particular order):
Only hated two entrys, the rest are okay but these are just auditions so there’s tons of improvements to be done I’m sure. As always I wish the best for all participants
When Norway had that many alexanders comepeting , one of them won in 2018
who cares just select one internally, 2 weeks until deadline so hurry up
They should really try and get someone called Anastasiya to perform next year
