Malta in Eurovision 2020: Destiny “All Of My Love”
Destiny’s first steps into the world of Eurovision came about when she won the 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Ever since her victory with “Not My Soul”, fans kept campaigning for the singer to enter the main contest. So, she decided to compete on The X Factor Malta, the show which selects the island’s act for Eurovision.
And Destiny stood out from her very first audition. While the competition was tough, Destiny took it with ease and went on to win the series. “All Of My Love” came out about one month later.
Following its music video release on YouTube, “All Of My Love” has accumulated more than one million views. Malta was also among the top ten countries to win with the bookmakers before the song contest’s cancellation.
What do the “All Of My Love” lyrics mean?
In “All Of My Love”, Destiny puts her soul into the message of love.
Lines like “Always felt I was no good / always felt misunderstood / but now I do” showcase the emotional development she’s gone through. And by singing that, she’s now ready to give all her love she feels to that special person.
Moreover, the second verse further underlines Destiny’s strong feelings towards the person she’s singing about. They’re in her dreams and she can no longer think of a life without them. This love is a journey, showing Destiny that she can put full confidence and trust in that person.

The song is written by the very successful Symphonix team. One of the standout names is Borislav Milanov. He’s written several Eurovision hits, including “If Love Was A Crime” and “Beautiful Mess” for Bulgaria in 2016 and 2017 respectively. Meanwhile, Cesár Sampson came third for Austria at Eurovision 2018 with “Nobody But You”.
