The class of 2020 may not have made it all the way to Rotterdam, but many of them will get there eventually. And we can hardly wait for that moment to come.
As it was, 41 acts were about to set sail for Eurovision 2020. They consisted of 17 female soloists, nine bands or duos and 15 male soloists.
For the purposes of this post, it’s ladies night.
From Albania to Slovenia, 17 women were ready to take to the stage in Rotterdam, proudly representing their countries and serving everything from ethnic ballads to teen pop.
But who is your favourite? Is it the balladeers from Norway, Poland or Moldova? Is it Ireland’s effervescent party girl? Is it the moody stars from Bulgaria or Romania? Or is it someone else from this eclectic bunch? Only you can decide.
Remind yourself of all 17 female soloists below and then vote in our poll. You can vote for as many contestants as you like, but you can only vote ONE time, so make it count.
It’s up to you, Europe. Start voting now!

Poll: Who is your favourite female solo singer of Eurovision 2020?
Which female solo entry is your favourite? Who do you want to see back next year? Let us know in the comments.
Albania, you better vote for Albania in Junior Eurovision in online voting, not here in this polls. That would be much more useful
Damn how do Albanians manage to track every single wiwibloggs poll this year? LOL
Call me a hater but I learned to ignore Albania at 1st place in every single poll at some point.
Looks like Destiny is winning
Voted for Roxen, Victoria, Alicja and Athena.
Yes, Arilena is also really good, but COME ON! The discrepancy between the votes is so apparent when paired with any You Tube generated list. 😛
*Insert 150000 Albanian bots here*
There are so many great ones but Arilena and Ulrikke have the most beautiful live vocals
Arilena Ara for sure, watch her live performances throughout her career, she has a great stage presence and her voice is undoubtley among the strongest in this year’s edition!
If we only judge the voice, the best are Ulrikke, Destiny, Arilena and Alicja. If we judje the songs, Arilena and Alicja are lost.
Imo, Victoria, Destiny and Ulrikke are the best of the year if we take the whole package.
Good live vocal Slovenia,Albania,Moldova,Malta,RomaniaNorway
Good song Romania, Bulgaria,Azerbaijan,Greece,Slovenia,Norway,Moldova
Stay pressed
Roxen all the way
Even though I voted for Arilena, seriously Wiwi, why bother running polls at this point?
The funniest bit for me is when the poor Wiwibloggs contributor has to write the results article:
“Of the 41 acts participating in Eurovision, the Wiwibloggs fans have a clear favourite with Arilena falling from the sky with 3.7million votes. Roxen came in second with 5 votes.”
@Kosey Your comment made me LOL so hard XD
This is definitely the year of the lady for me. 9 of my first 13 are female soloists, all my top 5 are female and only the UK has no female involvement at all. So I have so many to choose from! I am going to stick with Ulrikke because her vocal and acting performance is so immense. The vocal is flawless and she emotes the fragility and desperation in the song so well.
Slovenia !
Another bad joke with Albania….
Oh c’mon, as much as I like Arilena and her song, dear Arilena/Albanian fans, what’s the point of voting your own country here?!
It’s annoying that you hijcack every single poll. The same applies to Greek fans.
Just be fair and vote for those who really deserve to be on the top of the list, for God’s sake.
What r u talking about Greece is all the way down a 10th with like 40 votes.
@Donkey In many other polls greek fans did the same as albanian fans
This poll – like most other polls on this site this year – will be hijacked by Albania and Greece
Can’t understand why they’re doing this(even though I’m Greek). Nationalism hits hard i guess
Roxen <3
hmm I guess that greek girl will win. But I voted for Senhit, I dont know why
Never underestimate DESTINY <3
