In her Eurovision 2021 song she sings of a personal struggle between desire and self-restraint, and the pains of leaving someone as bad as “El Diablo.

And on Friday evening Cyprus’ ESC star Elena Tsagrinou showed the world just how much she feels the lyrics as she delivered a stunning live acoustic of the song on the Greek show Mega Star.

Elena was pitch-perfect as she glided from sultry verses to that big chorus accompanied by only a guitarist. In turning down the production Elena’s vocals come into sharper focus, silencing any and all critics who question her ability to nail this live.

You can watch her performance from 4:41 in the video below.

The vocal may be the focus, but let’s not overlook Elena’s sensational look. She served golden girl eleganza to match her blonde locks. It’s no wonder Head & Shoulders turned to her to help promote their Supreme Moisture line. Her hair is so well-nourished and camera-ready!

Elena’s dress seemed to take inspiration from the angels who guard the gates to heaven with its structured shoulders that almost resembled wings. Her thigh-skimming dress balanced the demure and the sultry, allowing her to show some skin while remaining fully sophisticated.

Elena added a spot of fun with utility boots that rose well above her ankles. As she runs from “El Diablo” and toward freedom, she’s ready to traverse snow, desert or and dirt, all the while protecting her perfectly manicured toes.

Because I am just stating the truth I am Turkish? Sorry to disappoint you but I am not Turkish.
She has a good voice for sure but she mixes up singing strongly and screaming… She has 0 technique

The song is generic as anything but I can’t get away from those vocals. She could sing the phone book.

2014 was far from unexpected… 2015 was unexpected since everyone thought it’s between Italy and Russia

Austria was flying under everyone’s radar. It startes getting some clout after Conchita’s first live performances a few days before the rehearsals and it was the absolute favourite only after their Semi-Final performance. So yes… It is a 2014 situation. Same goes for the 2nd place that year. The favourites that year underperformed scorewise and the winners were all surprises that noone expected. I hope it is the same way this year as well. It is really underwhelming to know the winner since March.
