The heats are over, but the heat is getting higher in Lithuania. That’s because we’ve reached the semi-final stage of Pabandom iš naujo! 2022 — the country’s Eurovision selection. The first of two semis will air on LRT, while international viewers can watch online.

Nine acts will perform in this semi, they are:

- Joseph June “Deadly”

- Lolita Zero “Not Your Mother”
- Queens of Roses “Washing Machine”
Four songs will qualify for the grand final, with four more also set to qualify from the second semi. The result will be determined by a 50/50 jury/televote split. The grand final is scheduled for 12 February.

Well, Monika Liu Is actually the front runner to win Lithuania’s national final.
Okay Lolita is getting hype from public so it might me telefote contender to Minika Liu
Monika’s advantage is that she has both strong televote and jury support, the latter of which Lolita won’t be able to rely on.
At this point, I’m rooting for Monika to win this selection because whether Lithuania qualifies or not with her, at least she Brings something respectable to the contest.
Jury vote is superior in PIN. So even if Monika Liu comes second in the televote, she will still win.

Actually I haven’t heard the songs for this week’s mgp yet so I might skip it for once but still idk what to choose.
