Slovenia Ana Soklic First Rehearsal Eurovision 2021

It was a long and winding road, but Slovenia’s EMA Freš 2022 is finally done and dusted! And that means it’s time to shift focus to the main event — EMA 2022. After a two-year break, the semi-finals are back with the first one taking place this evening.

EMA 2022 semi-final one — 5 February 2022

Time: 20:20 CET to 21:40 CET

The programme will be streamed live on the RTVSLO website. It will be available to watch worldwide.

Each semi will see six acts qualify from a field of ten. The qualifiers will be determined by a mixture of public and jury votes.

The semi-final one running order is:

  2. David Amaro “Še vedno si lepa”
  3. Le Serpentine “Tud teb se lahk zgodi”
  4. Bowrain and Brina “Čas je”
  5. Luma “All In”
  6. Stela Sofia “Tu in Zdaj”
  7. Jonatan Haller “Obzorje”
  8. Batista Cadillac “Mim pravil”
  9. Zala Smolnikar “V ogledalu”
  10. Manouche “Si sama?”

I don’t think I have been as excited to hear a full song in a long time. I have got mildly obsessed with Le Sepentine since I heard their snippet and have been listening to their entire back catalogue. They probably won’t connect with a Eurovision audience but I am wishing them very well!
