We’re hours away from learning who will fill the last spot in the grand final of Norway’s Eurovision 2022 selection, Melodi Grand Prix. Ahead of tonight’s last chance round, we asked our readers to vote for the act they think deserves to go through. We’ve calculated the results, and spreading her wings and flying away with the wiwibloggs gold medal is semi-final four runner-up Maria Mohn.

Norway: Maria Mohn should win MGP 2022 last chance round
Melodi Grand Prix alum Maria Mohn, 38, has another chance to “Fly” through to the 2022 grand final. She lost out to Sofie Fjellvang’s “Made of Glass” in the semi-final four gold duel, but she made a lasting impression on our readers.
In our poll, Maria received 388 votes — that’s 39.43% of all votes cast.
Placing second with our readers is Idol 2020 champion Mari Bølla with her pop-punk come hip-hop anthem “Your Loss”. She was originally eliminated in semi-final three after losing to Oda Gondrosen’s “Hammer of Thor” in duel one.
According to our poll, 265 of you — 26.93% of all voters — want to see Mari win the last golden ticket to the final.
Rounding out our readers’ top three is TrollfesT with “Dance Like a Pink Flamingo”. The folk-metal flock of rockers are hoping to secure their spot in the final after a devastating first-round loss to Frode Vassel in semi-final one.
In our poll, TrollfesT picked up 225 votes — that’s 22.87% of the total vote.
Pulling up the rear in fourth is Kim Wigaard with “La Melodia”. The popera legend made a statement in semi-final four with his enormous Aliona Moon-style tuxedo-come-ballgown, but it wasn’t enough to beat fan-favourite Sofie Fjellvang.
Our readers awarded 106 votes to Kim — that means 10.77% of you want to see him in the final.
Saturday’s last chance round will follow the same format as the semi-final duels.
The acts will face-off against each other, two by two, with the winners of each duel facing off once more in the gold duel. The winner’s prize? A ticket to to the Melodi Grand Prix 2022 grand final.

Honestly i like them all 4!!! Kim, Mari, Maria and TrollfesT are all amazing!! Also Titans and ecstasy deserved to be among them 🙂
But if i had to choose a song, i would pick Fly by Maria Mohn.
Fly is the only one song from Norway I really like..

The others are good in their own ways, but this seems like a one horse race for Maria Mohn.
