From Bulgaria to Italy, they’re on their way to rock out in Turin. And along the way Intelligent Music Project will share their musical IQ in the British capital. We’re pleased to announce Bulgaria’s Eurovision 2022 superstars Intelligent Music Project will perform at the London Eurovision Party 2022.

On Sunday 3 April, Intelligent Music Project — that’s Ronnie Romero, Bisser Ivanov, Slavin Slavcev, Ivo Stefanov, Dimitar Sirakov and Stoyan Yankulov — will bring their classic rock sound to London’s Hard Rock Hotel at the UK’s biggest and best Eurovision party.

The six-piece band was internally selected to represent Bulgaria at Eurovision 2022 in Turin, Italy.

London Eurovision Party 2022

The London Eurovision Party will take place on Sunday 3 April.

The long-running Eurovision promotional event returns after a two-year hiatus to celebrate the stars of Eurovision 2022. As ever, contestants from the current edition of the song contest, along with some surprises from yesteryear, will travel to the British capital from around the continent to showcase their songs in front of international media and some of the contest’s biggest fans.

This year’s event will take place inside the glamorous Hard Rock Hotel — just steps away from Hyde Park.

Intelligent Music Project is the latest act confirmed to appear at the long-running British warm-up show. Hosted by Eurovision alumnus SuRie and radio presenter Paddy O’Connell, the greats of Eurovision past and present will converge in what promises to be an unforgettable night of celebration.

The lineup so far includes:

  • 🇮🇪 Brooke (Ireland 2022)
  • 🇧🇬 Intelligent Music Project (Bulgaria 2022)

There are lots of surprises yet to be announced, so stay tuned to wiwibloggs to find who else will be joining the lineup!

Are you excited about the London Eurovision Party? Who else would you like to see join the lineup? Let us know in the comments below.

I don’t really reply to comments starting in: “Am I the only one…?” seriously because I prefer to refer them to the meme of two guys talking and one guy replying “YEAH SURE in a 7 billion people world you are the only one that does/likes X”.

But on this case I’m inclined to say yes, you might be the only one. You go gurl!

Someone released a demo of her song “Die Together” on YouTube. It does not appear that she or ERT officially released it, from what I’ve seen.

I think that’s smart. I’m sure the artist would prefer that as well.

I just listened to it!!! It’s amazing!! I hope Greece gets top 5. This must be one of the best comebacks ever in Eurovision (I didn’t forget about Last Dance coming 11th, but this is so much better…)

I thought that they were chosen as a savings measure but I it looks like there is a budget for a promo tour. I would have spent it differently. I’d get a better act and skip the parties. Eleni didn’t need them. But that’s just me…

I mean, it’s best when they get a face full of lukewarm reception when they perform their song, right? Maybe then they realize their song needs a lot of tweaking

A show with Brooke and IMP as the only confirmed artists so far? It sounds UNBEARABLE.

So much rudeness gets thrown at IMP and I am not entirely sure why? Ok, the entry is not particularly ground breaking but it is perfectly competent and certainly on a par with many other “safe” entries this year. Really not sure why they seem to be a target and I think it’s unfair.

The lead singer probably deserves the hate for having an arrest warrant out in Spain for skipping court dates regarding domestic abuse and threats of violence. The rest of the band less so

I think they deserve respect, but also think they are only in the contest because they bought it.

I don’t think we need to get too precious about people “buying” their way into the contest. There are a few entries which have only got in because they have “friends” in their national final juries.

BNT have no money. They literally bought their way in, it’s the only way Bulgaria can be there. There was no contest. Talent was irrelevant. Milen Vrabevski paid for this.

They didnt buy anything. Negotiations went so long with IMP to have them in ESC. There are big stars of rock music. They dont need ESC. Bulgarians wanted them. They are not like your XFactor and Idol newcomers who are paying to be part of ESC.

Quite the reverse, right? How much are your big stars of rock getting paid to have their names attached to this?
