She’s the former Love Generation star who burst to fame at Mello this year. And now, she’s heading from Stockholm to London, as she embarks on a pre-Turin promo tour. We’re delighted to confirm Sweden’s Cornelia Jakobs will perform at the London Eurovision Party 2022.
On Sunday 3 April, Cornelia will perform her emotive breakup track on stage at London’s Hard Rock Hotel for the UK’s biggest and best Eurovision warm-up party.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING love love love love love! YES!!!!!
Who do you love…
After hearing it many times I think Alexa song sounds like it could’ve been a candidate for Dolly Style return to Melo.
The clothing the styling the voice mixing I can totally see the three doing that.
Mixing sayonara(the most mature release from DS) and loco loco could result in something like this.
It is really sad if this was for DS and ended up not going through because it had really good potential for the three.
I miss them.
Do you get some coins from organisators to cover this and ignore other parties completely? I mean that would be understandable
William and Oliver are in London, also this one is the closest right now. So it makes sense
Makes sense why they focus on London a lot. Doesn’t explain why they ignore other 4 pre parties
I’m not in London but will be for the show! We cover LEP in great detail because we are the official media partners. Wiwibloggs is the first place you can find out which artists will appear at LEP.
Why Eurovision Party has bigger coverage here than the Contest itself?! Is it THAT important? It isn’t EBU-related in the first place!
Because Wiwibloggs is based in London and William lives there. Makes sense. It is in their howetown, no need to go anywhere
Aren’t they involved with the organization? Because it looks exactly how they reveal the artists during the Wiwi jam. I guess they promote it so much because they are involved.
Go Cornelia go
Polina.
I don’t think that she or Dima Bilan should be invited to any ESC-related event ever again. Also, I think that Wiwi shouldn’t give any platform to their new music efforts.
Other Russian artists – sure. I want all the updates on Lazarev, Manizha, Little Big, Yuliya Samoylova, Peter Nalitch, ect. I hope they are well and out of peril. But not Bilan, and especially not Gagarina after that concert.
Lazarev immediatelly stood against the war, risking himself. I have deep respect for that man. I hope he’s doing well. As for Kirkoroff, he also seems like a piece of work. Hasn’t said anything after the war begun, but he was good with the dictator before that. The reason why I’m personally not denouncing his ESC songs is because none of them were written only by him, and none of them were performed by him. Most of the people who collaborated with him and performed his songs were speaking against the war, or at least have never said anything pro-war… Read more »
He was the performer in 1995.
Aria said it first…
Haven’t come to that one yet (stopped in 1996 so far). But be sure, when it comes, all will be taken in consideration.
Did you like 1997? Mrs. Kirkorova at the time…
I love it too. Alla has a thousand times more talent and star quality than her ex-husband.
I love Primadonna as a song. I think we can also be cautiously optimistic towards Alla Pugacheva. Even if she is radio silent in the last days, she supported P.tin’s political opponent in 2011, and signed a petition against locking-up singers who protested the annexation of Crimea in 2014.
I think that some people are just very afraid to speak out in Russia now, because it’s dangerous. Huge honor to those who do.
Maxim Galkin, her husband now, has spoken against the invasion. He’s always hated Putin, so that looks good for her.
I’m happy to hear that. I love her 1997 song (definitely in my top 3, might even be my winner), so she and her husband being decent people means a lot.
I’m wondering about Alsou. She put up a picture of her with a dove on the last day of instagram in Russia. That could mean anything, though.
I don’t know. White dove perhaps means peace to Ukraine, and perhaps it doesn’t. I like to think the best of people unless they do something to prove otherwise.
Also, I read that one of the Serebro women (Elena) and Lena Katina from TaTu are also anti-war.
Sad.
Have you forgotten why Samoylova was banned from performing in Ukraine? She’s on the same team with Polina
Are the 3 historical Pussy Riot members still in prison , camps ?
Not since December 2013, but they were 2 years in jail, which is ridiculous.
Too bad. Would be neat to hear million voices booing her
