Twenty-one artists from Eurovision 2022 sang at the recent London Eurovision Party. And while all of them earned a well-deserved round of applause from the audience inside Hard Rock Hotel, only one can be your favourite of the night.
We’ve uploaded all of the performances to our YouTube channel. And now we want you to let us know your favourite.
Please note: Warner Music Group in Austria has blocked our video of Pia Maria and Lum!x, so we’re embedding a video from YouTube user Sean Crabtree.
London Eurovision Party 2022: All live performances
Austria’s live performance
Who gave the best live performance at the London Eurovision Party 2022?
Subwoolfer adding that extra harmony in the 2nd verse was pure chef’s kiss.
Honestly with that small stage they did what they could. I can’t comprehend why the London party was held at a conference room. Compared to Barcelona, Tel Aviv, Amsterdam or Madrid soon this party looks pretty meh!
After the 3 shows in London, Tel Aviv and A’dam, I must admit, that ESC 22 will B one of the weaker ones within 10 years. No entry doing it into my long-time Top 50. So it doesn’t matter for me, whose acts where good or underwhelming. Crossing my fingers for all contestants that they ll deliver in Torino making the best out of it and turn ESC 22 in a good one.
Same, I prefer the Vidbir outfits where you can see their faces!
OMG same, I was indifferent before, but now, I LOVE her personality and she has been amazing at all of her performances, so I will be so annoyed if she doesn’t qualify!
Sorry but….
I actually want to marry Ochman.
I actually think I love him.
Poland does not have marriage equality, sorry… you could be waiting a while.
He can come over to Ireland where we have gay marriage AND a thriving polish diaspora
Love Poland! River live is the best
Tried again to hop on the Poland hype train but nope, that song just doesn’t do it for me. He’s a good vocalist but he’s literally singing about nothing (which I guess might explain the lack of stage presence). Guess that should achieve a decent placing in May though.
I have the same feeling with Cornelia. Totally don’t get the hype.
And I feel the hype for both songs. I wouldnt mind if any of them won..
Totally agree with lack of stage presence. He just doesn’t connect with the audience. He’s cute though. Dull, but cute.
I mean, people are livin so maybe he doesn’t connect with you..?
For the first time Bulgaria is not at the bottom of the chart. ?
I’ve seen most of the Israel Calling performances, and here’s my assessment: Poland is outstanding! This is a top ten song and performance right there! I don’t know who’d wanna be a king, but Krystian Ochman just is. Konstrakta also owned it! It’s not an easy song to pull live, and yet, she makes it feel so easy. She plays with the concept, changes things, while remining true to the idea. Love it! Ronela Hajati – Wow, what a performer! What energy! What voice! Rosa had a genuine, sweet and melodic first live. Mia is great, and her performance is… Read more »
I really thought people were exaggerating, but Montenegro and Austria…. My God.
At some point, my ears bled.
French girls need to improve their stage presence. They need a good choreographer. It is too chaotic. They all do their own thing, without any rhyme or reason.
Croatia is so underrated. She will qualify with ease.
And Ukraine… what a performance. Just change the costumes… please.
I was trying to put it in a nice way, but yeah. I mean, Vladana is solid until we hit the heights, but her song is very exposed to that. Austrian entry was sadly really poor start to finish. I hope that Mia qualifies too. Thanks. France just needs to return to their NF performance. They were outstanding there. It was very inspiring watching Kalush Orchestra perform! Of course (as I watched later), Stefan and Monika was as outstanding as always. No surprise! PS. I believe that in this year, both 3rd places in the running order will qualify with… Read more »
TONIGHT WAS SO GOOD FOR SO MANY COUNTRIES! ARMENIA, POLAND, SERBIA <3, LATVIA, MOLDOVA, ROMANIA, MONTENEGRO, ESTONIA, ISRAEL, THEY ALL KILLED IT! Spectacular evening in Israel, despite the severe audio issues!
Well I could tell that since there were only 2 girls they were definitely trying to do the harmony as if they were also singing her part similar to Unity from Jesc 2020 Netherlands where one girl was not there and they had to find a way to make it work
Can I just say how amazing Rosa Linn was in Israel Calling tonight – that song is a moment!
Unrelated but no wiwi jury this year? Ten facts about each participant? Come on wiwibloggs, don’t let me down!
Last year they started the jury on the tenth. I am looking forward to it as well. Ten facts too.
Hvala brate!
Rica ederim 🙂
Just checked Israel Calling and Austria really disappointed me. To be honest, lots of us had seen that coming…
I think the costumes were supposed represent camouflage needed in war…. But i could be wrong
Michael is half Ukrainian so this means even more to him than we think. I wish he had a Blue Yellow outfit in the video too. In Torino I am assuming it will be white again so they could do the lights thing again. We’ll see.
Many people dismissed him and thought “Eh basic diva type” He’s a really lovely guy, I hate that so many ESC fans despise him so much…Like you can hate I.M all you want, music is music, but he did nothing wrong. Also he is much more eloquent in Hebrew than he is in English.
IKR, I love Michael! He is so sweet! And I was so happy when Eurovision’s Insta called him “Israel Calling’s CEO,” LOL that was hilarious and a nice touch!
OMG, I didn’t know that he is half Ukrainian, which explains the yellow and blue outfits (which were amazing, by the way)! I personally loved the black outfits from the video, the white outfits from both the video and X-Factor performance looked a bit tacky in my opinion.
Also, I am SOOOO glad they boosted up the bass so that the new flute beat still had umpf like the original beat!
He wore the white outfit in X Factor cus the had the lights changing colours thing
I actually really like him. Its just too strong a semi in my opinion.
Go to Vimeo and look up Israel Calling 2022. Full show is there. The hosting from Shefita was iconic and the performances did well! Well besides a few flops….Let me be your Ha-
Nevermind….
Televote winner in SF2 calling it right now.
I agree!!! And this is coming from someone who relates to the lyrical content of the song like you can’t even imagine…
Brooke Scullion flirting with Shefita is something I never thought I would see but I fill so happy had seen it LMAO
OK just checked it out. And….they are not qualifying but I’m so voting for them LMAO THEY’RE MY RUNNER UPS
Georgia was in Israel??!? WHAT?!?
I went from: “I love her but I don’t care about this song really. Wish Lolita had won” to: IF THIS WOMAN GETS ELIMINATED I WILL CAUSE CHAOS UPON THIS CURSED WORLD!
Vote for her if you can, I can’t.
OK this is coming from an Israeli who loves our song this year: I did not like the performance tonight in Israel Calling. I loved the Blue & Yellow but I hated the part of the choreo they added where Michael looks really angry. Maybe it’s just this night with everything that has happened but yea, looked pretty bad. Also I still don’t like the squeaky “You know I.M!” part towards the end. We had a shooting in TA a few hours ago and Michael mentioned that before he started singing so I’m sure this plus everything going on in… Read more »
I personally preferred the choreo from X-Factor, so maybe a fusion of both plus some elements from the music video would be nice!
And I was wondering how the flutes appeared, so it is def possible they were influenced by Ukraine’s song.
Israel and Romania are both amazing this year, they complement each other so well!
The thing is, Michael can PERFORM, so I would be shocked if he didn’t qualify!
I think Michael will place higher than WRS in the jury but I do think it’s possible both will qualify, especially after seeing certain acts flop…
Sweden’s vocals were bad; out of tune vocals. Cant understand why listeners overhype song
Poland, Norway, Estonia, Sweden, France, Lithuania, Spain, and the UK all gave fantastic performances! I also enjoyed Ireland on stage. Performance-wise, Latvia is also entertaining.
Yup, Ochman is a god-tier contestant of this year. My winner alongside Cornelia Jakobs
I rhi k so too, though I think sometimes he gets so invested in the song he forgets to connect with the audience. That’s my only critique.
They’re missing (IMO) the leader of the the 3 women. Yes this performance wasn’t the best but I’m not worried for France at all.
Why are half of Kalush Orchestra dressed as Cousin Itt? I don’t remember this from Vidbir.
So Sheldon is live right now in Israel and he had 2 live mess ups which sucks, but unrelated to that, the song is starting to grow off me and I really don’t like it live at all. Sheldon is a great singer though, and a very lovely person!
Yeah, he was losing his voice before London but to still do as well as he did despite that is phenomenal.
I LOVED how Subwoolfer shook things up by doing an extended remix of their song! And even DJ Astronaut got involved and hyped the audience up vocally. We even heard a strange British voice coming out the mouth of one of the wolves that Wiwibloggs does NOT show!
This was their best performance yet!! : )
Omg, France is even worse than before! Still pitchy, out of synch, Ahez have zero stage presence and Alvan still think his frantic jumping around is entertaining…
I was actually commenting on their Israel Calling performance as it was happening. Should have clarified. They were miles better in London.
The lightest haired Ahez definitely has timing problems though because she’s always rushing.
Aww France doesn’t have the hypnotic gorgeous Woman! Sadge. She makes this performance for me!
Here to manifest my love for Subwoolfer
Wish they had come to Israel tonight tho.
Rosa’s voice is silk. Lovely lovely lovely!
I initially thought she might have some jury backing…but nah… She might end up last in the semi with that vocal, and the styling?? Yikers…
But the Israeli song ist so funny however not by intention.
The best live performance was Oia-Maria from Austria. I liked it
Go listen to her Israeli performance, you’ll hear her actually sing live.
OMFG Shefita in Israel Calling I’m crying!!! LMAO!!
Shefita interviewing Kalush is amazing! It’s nice to see her serious for once, while still in character.
Kinda unrelated but I’m watching Israel Calling and Pia Maria could be the worst vocalist to step on the Eurovision stage. This is shocking!
Samra, Demy and Rafal are virtuosos compared to her. yikes
I just watched it and…..I….like wow… WOW!
Austria are NQ’ing aren’t they?
BTW Montenegro was even worse! She was screaming like girl chill!!!
I told y’all she can’t sing.
Oh yeah LUM!X was a cringefest.
Demy was lucky to come 10th in her semi.
Monika came and showed everyone what a performer is meant to be!!!
Where can we watch that?
I’m watching on Facebook right now.
Lithuania
So Wiwi are not covering Israel Calling?
I am currently checking out some performances. Israel got a big stage and crowd! The performances are proper, camera angels and all.
Woof
I’m sad that a lot of singers struggled vocally. But Poland was great, he’s a great vocalists. But one who surprised me the most was Mia from Croatia. Her vocals sounded brilliant and the song itself sounded a million times better then the studio cut. Croatia was definitely a big revelation!
Glad I’m not the only one who was genuinely surprised by Mia!
I was very surprised too. Biggest surprises for me were Germany and Croatia. My favourites on the night along with them were Poland,Estonia,Australia and Lithuania
She actually did a small revamp of the song ?
Ireland
Even if it’s far from my favourite song this year, I really loved Mia’s performance.
Definitely Poland, with runner ups-being UK, Norway and Latvia and Bulgaria (as much as the song possibly allows them, lol) for me.
Imagine losing to Austria xd
Subwoolfer
I voted for Austria because of the worry of how it would sound live, and it sounded perfectly great.
Yeah because Pia’s singing was covered up by playback..
It wasn’t live, so you can’t judge from this.
Lum!x was certainly live!
I thought his voice cracked on at least one of the “put your hands up”s, so I hope you took away some points for that.
Watch their performance tonight if you want to know how Pia Maria sounds live. That was legit live. Very live.
Seen it, I don’t think it’s that bad. It’s an energetic song, I think she does alright. I’m really not bothered by someone singing perfectly but giving me zero emotional connection.
For me, she is both singing poorly and giving me 0 emotional connection.
That’s your right, I really enjoy it, makes me want to go to the club.
She may be a decent singer normally, but given her inexperience and the demands of a high energy song, her vocals were quite poor. I’d have wanted to see her sing without all the movement (it’s much harder than someone like Chanel makes it look) and let creative staging do the rest. I do feel for her, though, because Eurovision is likely a big leap up from whatever she was doing before. Perhaps too big a leap.
Now there is a song I really don’t connect with. Chanel could sing every note perfectly and I still wouldn’t like it as much as Halo, regardless of how badly Pia Maria sings. I think this proves my point. The vocal is not the be all and end all of a song.
