The Nordics. They are dark in the winter and bright in the summertime. They are so different, yet so alike in many ways. But what each Nordic country does have in common is the love for Eurovision.
And now we are eager to know which of the Nordic country is your favourite at Eurovision 2022.

The Nordics have never shied away from trying new things and are bringing versatility from all genres.
Denmark and Finland are giving us the rock vibes, but in different ways. REDDI go for the female glam rock with their song “The Show”. Meanwhile, The Rasmus bring us a god honest noughties rock banger in “Jezebel”.
Iceland gives us a soft folk ballad in “Með hækkandi sól”, with Systur celebrating the much awaited springtime in their native language.
The Norwegian space wolfs of Subwoolfer are urging us to boost our potassium in the hot dance track “Give That Wolf A Banana”.
Finally, Sweden’s Cornelia Jakobs says goodbye to her love in a heart-breaking farewell ballad, “Hold Me Closer”
But one of those acts has to be your favourite and now is the time to find out!

It doesn’t matter what song Sweden has, they are ALWAYS on top on the lists. I don’t get it. Norway is the best and most entertaining act for sure!

They’re all good this year, only worry is about Denmark’s qualification, but even last year they were close getting to the final although the hype with fans was very bland before Eurovision.

I never thought I’d say this, but my favorite Nordic entry this year is Sweden’s. Denmark and Iceland follow it, and then there’s Finland and Norway imo
I agree. Denmark is so underrated this year. On the other hand, I found the Norwegian entry really annoying… I don’t get the fuss about it. Just keep the disguises aside and the song is average.

As you may have guessed, three Nordic countries belong in my personal top 5 of “ESC 2022”, haha!
Let’s just put it like this: I love my grandmother and my sisters, and I want to hold them closer as much as I can. On the other hand, I am colder towards duplicitous women, and sometimes the show is over early for me.
Iceland is actually a 5/10.
I think the Nordic countries are all strong entries. Can’t remember last time all of them were this good..
I could see all of them qualify but realistically I think Sweden obviously has will pass by flying colours follwoed by Norway who yes is a strong song, Then Finland is a probable qualifier. And Icleand and Denmark borderline with Denmark right now leaning towards NQ and Iceland probably..
As for favourite? Well obviously Cornelia. Go for gold..
Norway. Sweden is overrated, sorry. It’s good, but not THAT GOOD. It’s step up after last year and something different looking at their recent entries but it wouldn’t be that hyped if idk Montenegro send it

Sweden and Iceland for sure. Sweden has returned to delivering a good quality pop track, after 2-3 years of slight mediocrity,m. They’re back this year and Iceland, well if there is a country that can successfully deliver Nordic folk, it’s Iceland, and they haven’t disappointed me. Finland is good too but I feel it’s relying on the already established brand that comes with Rasmus. I suspect they will qualify. Strange, Denmark is at the same height as Lithuania. Estonia and Latvia are even more to the north. Yet these 3 countries are not seen as Nordic act.
The Nordic countries are defined by not only geographical location, but also by our shared/similar languages (except Finland), shared culture, history and values 🙂

I don’t think it’s a surprise that I choose Finland.
Sweden at the first place of my top. The others are far behind. Norway is 16-17th, Finland 24-25th, Iceland 27-28th and Denmark in my bottom 10.
I don’t think that any of them is bad. Some are just meh and uncompetitive.

Damn all Nordics this year are pretty good. Maybe Finland has a kinda meh song (but still good enough to qualify) and Denmark lacks so much live, but still all 5 have done excellent job this year.
