Eurovision 2022 semi-final two — United States of America (USA)
As in 2021, American viewers will be able to watch the show live on the Peacock streaming platform. The show will air at 15:00 New York time or 12:00 in Los Angeles. Former Olympic ice skater Johnny Weir will provide commentary.
Alternatively, U.S viewers can try their look with some of the participating broadcasters. The downside to this option is that you may have to listen to commentary in a language that you do not speak.

Are you excited for semi-final two? How will you be watching? Let us know below.
I always like to look at views at YouTube after the semis. If I look correctly, the top 3 are now Serbia, Poland and Romania. And I am glad to see that. Btw Romania is the biggest grower for me. I was lukewarm about it, but now I just love it! I was so happy to see him qualify!
Ukraine and Albania are the most viewed from the first semi (+2M) but oh well
Me an Israeli seeing Israel NQ’ing: Oh no! Anyway.
How come Belgium and Finland made it!? Finland’s vocals were even more off than usual!
I don’t even wonder about Azerbribejan bc everyone already knows why they’re in
Finland I imagine had lots of tele-vote support, but I’m shocked by Belgium! Belgium was flatter than Cyprus, so I don’t know how it got through. At least Switzerland was a jury song, but Belgium might have received more tele-votes.
Johnny Weir on the US broadcast loved Belgium’s performance. He knows what impresses an audience.
LOL true I’m also watching from the US!
I knew Cyprus would NQ! I can already see all the robbed comments lmaoooo
I mean, I saw it coming but it’s still sad man, y’know? 🙁
I’m annoyed that Ireland did well and made it into my personal predictions but NQ’ed lol. Georgia I knew I was gonna lose here but I still voted for em 🙂
I got 9 outta 10. I figured putting Romania out was a mistake. I was joggling Romania and SM. Nothing shocking happened.
I would have put Ireland and Georgia through instead of Azerbaijan & Finland. The Rasmus’ performance was great but I still really dislike the song.
idk I felt Lauri’s vocals even more off than usual and we all know why Azerbribejan makes it through every year (though I hope next year they start at least taking risks (as in sending bold entries in genres that aren’t usually featured at the contest) so they’re less boring).
Also, I didn’t expect Romania to make it to the final, I was surprised! 😮
I’m not shocked one bit by the results. I still don’t like Lauri’s vocal or the song and Azerbaijan is just…ugh… but I knew both would Q.
I got 8/10. Yes I also missed Romania for San Marino and I had put Malta instead of Belgium (both are jury pleasers as you also said below). Ah 8/10 in both semis, I could have done better. Sad for San Marino (and Georgia) missing out.
So sad for everyone who didn’t make it but Israel. At least Romania finally made it to the final 🙁
So sad about San Marino.
OMG so sad for Ireland – Brooke!
sad for San Marino, happy for Romania
I know! I had both of those nailed on when voting opened 🙁
Jeez! almost all of my faves stayed out and San Marino was robbed. I totally didn’t expect this but somehow I don’t feel gutted :v
Brooke got robbed
Nope, it was mediocre. Both song and delivery.
There was 6 worse songs than it in this semi final
Her vocal and performance was really lovely. Great improvement but it was never gonna be enough to survive this semi.
Dumbfounded is one way to call this. And I said there wouldn’t be shock qualifiers!
It’s like producers spoiling everything like tuesday when announcing Switzerland first and now Belgium.
OMG so true!
The Qualifiers are about to be revealed!!!
Lesss gooo!! #DeathSemi!
I can’t wait!!! I’m all in for a surprise! 😀
I want to be friends with Sam.
me too, he’s so charming!
LOVED that clip of Sam. I love how into it we are this year!
Ya’ll I think the UK is gonna win. Cus THAT! THAT was EVERYTHING
Romania and San Marino as shocking Q, here we go!
Also, Cyprus gives my serious NQ vibes.
So final Prediction
One more spot is hard to predict ,
Between Belgium, Israel and Ireland
chanel: “i am gonna eat pasta after”
laura: “cool story bro”
I think Czech republic did really well. Of course, Estonia and Sweden and Romania and Cyprus.
Wouldn’t be surprised if Serbia nqs
Hwr national final performance was wau better tbh, but she will go on for sure
Well yes, because of better production team
I am actually thinking about the same thing if messaging was understood.
Hope Cyprus qualifies, the song is great, but sadly it’s very unlikely.
So now we Italians can remember how awful the Italian lyrics are 🙂
I’M ONCE AGAIN LOSING ANOTHER INTERVAL ACT THANKS TO OUR BROADCASTER, ERT, PUTTING ADDS TO AVOID ANY COSTS!
And this time it’s Il Volo too, MY GOOOODDD!!! >:(
So the sun TURNED for an interval act, UGH
maybe it just can turn to a certain degree but not all the way?
It turned yesterday with Diodato as well. Apparently it works, but it takes 40 seconds more than expected which caused EBU a panic attack because you know, creativity is ok as long as it’s all scripted and rules-sticking
The stage is rotating under the power of Il volo
Have the managed to get the black hole working? Or was this just a one off feature for Il Volo?
I put Belgium and you put Malta. Both could have tanked with the public but given enough by the jury to advance TBH.
wait, where is the third Il volo guy? hahah so bizarre
He tested positive to Covid yesterday so they have to figure out this solution
It actually worked out pretty well, especially for a last minute solution. Impressive!
Oh Gosh just tried to vote three times, it’s not working, I received message that voting lines are still not opened, so frustrating…..
Voting lines are closed
Yeah, the English lyrics seem super out of place in what otherwise is a fantastic song.
San Marino isn’t getting through…
I’d be shocked if he wasn’t last with the jury
Btw, I am loving how bored some people in the delegations are when the camera pans to them. Estonia is my personal favourite with the middle aged man slouched back tapping into his mobile phone. Maybe he is writing this comment?
jajajaja I noticed, it was hilarious af lol
Just kinda sad that I have to look away from my TV screen in parts for Poland. He was fantastic, but I couldn’t keep watching when the shaking happened.
Love the song, it is one of my faves, but the staging was just waay too much.
Over here in the UK there wasn’t much of a warning, which I hoped there would be since the rehearsal snippet came. Someone on Twitter said their child would’ve had a seizure after seeing it. 🙁 Kinda brings the song down.
The behaviour from the Israeli guy was appalling. There’s a very clear line between a “funny” cameo in the background and harassing the presenters and unfairly stealing the spotlight from everyone else. I hope this costs him votes if there won’t be any other sanctions.
I was less than impressed with Serbia, they drop out and Cyprus take their place.
I was dissapointed with Cyprus tbh…vocals weren’t the best and static choreo
San Marino likely got cratered by the jury.
Georgia was a fun mess, its not going through
Belgium could do it but it had a bad jury show
Romania could do it tbh
Malta and Montenegro were so forgetful
Macedonia was good but I don’t think did enough.
Cyprus did just enough for me
Lol Cyprus. Maybe San Marino
It’s a curious coincidence that San Marino and Malta are both in the 2nd semi when Italians can’t vote. Both Malta and Achille are very popular here and that would have granted some extra votes.
I hope I was wrong and Ireland Q’es instead of Belgium or something.
Should I change my predictions last minute:
I still think the juries will make Belgium Q and that Israel Q’ing is statically really unlikely cus songs 1 through 4 qualifying is so unlikely.
Also Romania might Q over SM. IDK man. Death semi innit.
This semi is much harder to call. We have songs that the televote will love and the juries will tank, and then the jury bait which is going to flop with the televote. A real battle of the two sides I think tonight.
It’s a much harder semi!
I am so perplexed as to who in the world is going to qualify! Here are mine:
It could go both ways, Cyprus was a bit flat like Belgium
I think Georgia could qualify, I think it appeals to a certain audience
agreed. i think it will do surprisingly well with juries. especially since UK is voting here and they gave their 12 to georgia in 2016
My bet for the qualifiers (random order):
Not me forgetting Azerbaijan., after what I said earlier lmao. Well…maybe over Finland? Mess.
MBD almost stage invasion is disgusting and desperate. What a miserable attention w**ore
I think he knows that he won’t qualify and doesn’t care anymore lmao
Most people know I’m voting for Georgia tonight, but here are my honest points, and wow there are some shocks tonight:
Poland (12), San Marino (10), Serbia (8), Sweden (7), Czech Republic (6), Finland (5), Azerbaijan (4), Romania (3), Estonia (2), Israel (1).
For those who are interested, my order on the NQs is: Georgia (11th, ugh), Australia, North Macedonia, Ireland, Belgium, Cyprus, Malta, Montenegro. Wow!
Hola, mi be bebe! Good luck to Georgia 🙂
I put one vote in for them for you! Also voted for Sheldon too
I actually thought Sheldon was the best tonight.
Sheldon is a great singer, songwriter and a true TV star. Tonight I didn’t feel the song because it was such an amazing night around him. He has a great career and life ahead of him, whatever happens. 🙂
It was a great night—I think he held his own though, and delivered his best performance of the season.
Voted for Ireland, San Marino and Serbia hoping all 3 get into the final
