I hope if a sequel happens, they can do justice to the actual ESC. They barely saw it in the movie, the voting was a mess and they didn’t get it right.
This movie was such a great joy for me during the pandemic! Not only I went down the Eurovision rabbit hole and became obsessed with the contest because of the movie, but it also made me look forward to a vacation in Iceland. Iceland was never on my vacation plans, but last year I got to spend 10 days there – and yes, Husavik is as amazing as the movie shows. Molly sanden should have been internally selected by Iceland. With a nice song she can easily come top 5
