Nice…I was in Vegas and at some point on Wednesday or Thursday I heard Under the Ladder (I think that’s what the song was called lmao) playing out of some store. How funny! I wonder how common that is.

He’s a good performer and his Eurovision song was okay, but I preferred Tayanna’s “Lelya” that ended up second in the Ukrainian NF more that year.

Not super excited, sorry. He’s okay but he’s not a ESC star that people remember. I’d rather have Ruslana.

Hot take: I think he should’ve NQ’d back in the day, his song was unremarkable and his enunciation was awful

I think the song was good enough to qualify, although I do think that televoting was too generous in the final. Enunciation was indeed very annoying. I still prefer his other Vidbir song btw (Wonder in 2017).

I agree. I don’t like his entry. Can’t get what he’s singing about and the whole dracula/coffin concept was so random

Melovin was so shameless, it was clear he just couldn’t sing in English at all but he didn’t care, so he actually deserved being massacred by the juries, sorry.

doesn’t matter if you can’t sing in english, who cares about that dumb english language anyway, making fun of that non-language is sooooo great
