Twenty-eight acts from the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 turned up for Eurovision in Concert — the largest of the pre-party events. AFAS Live in Amsterdam was lit as a parade of singers turned it out in front of a capacity crowd. All of the favourites were there, including Switzerland’s Nemo, Croatia’s Baby Lasagna, Italy’s Angelina Mango, and Ukraine’s alyona alyona & Jerry Heil. And, most importantly for the home crowd audience, we saw The Netherlands’ Joost Klein make his pre-party debut with “Europapa.”

Poll: Who gave the best live performance at Eurovision in Concert 2024 in Amsterdam?

If you need to remind yourself of any of the performances, then you can check them out in the playlist below. Then vote in our poll. You can vote for as many acts as you’d like, but you can only vote one time. So be sure to tick the box next to every country you want to support before hitting vote.

So who did you vote for? Who do you think should climb the most in the odds? Let us know down below.

I really enjoyed the show. It was nice to see all these contestants performing live. There was such a good energy in the Arena. It feels good. End the show with Europapa was amazing ! One thing that bothered me though : One more time I couldnt enter in the Arena with my scarf from France, I had to put in a locker. Last time it was in France for the Junior Eurovision. We had to throw away our flag. I really dont understand that rule ! I hope I’ll be able go into the Malmo Arena with the colours… Read more »

People saying Joost song lacks emotion and is childish or a joke need to research.
It’s disguised by fun but deep down it is the most real and deep meaning song of the competition. All jokers are highly complex and pained more than you think.

Ive seen Olly on the various pre-parties footages online.
I know he is an respected artist and well established name in the musicindustry.

Every time i want to enjoy and feel it, but his performances are missing that special WoW moment.

He doesnt look comfortable on stage , where Joost, BL, Mustti, Bambie, Slimane, Nemo or Angelina are just showing their crafts creating that moment.

Olly is missing that for now.
But who knows what they have in store for us in Malmö??

Child? How can anyone from EBU allow a minor to wear those kind of tops? She almost always wear only bras, totaly inappropriate. Her age shouldn’t be talked about if she isn’t behaving or looking as a 17yo.

Well, what one wears does matter in Eurovision. If she wears only a bra being 17 in Eurovision voters will NOT support her. You often see that acts that rely on a lot of skin don’t fare well. Eurovision voters are quite conservative when it comes to oversexualized entries…no matter if it is ment to be sexualised or not – too much skin will always be viewed as trying to sexualise the act. To get votes, wear appropriate outfit!

Also voted Norway Slovenia Switzerland Albania (not my fav song at all). Was positively suprized by France and Malta.

UK (please get a dresser plus the muted seconds were the best), Luxemburg (vocal coach sounding very bland), Cyprus, Finland Austria (90% playback!) and Sweden (nice dance , weak live vocals) were underwhelming.

Um excuse me? How exactly is it MORE authentic? Rim Tim Tagi Dim wasn’t even written for Eurovision, it wasn’t meant to target a specific crowd, so its very much authentic to who Marko is and his style (and it was written and produced entirely by Marko himself). Its one thing having your own opinion on which you prefer, but don’t come and act like something is more authentic than others…

Also why do people like you always have to talk down on other artists just to boost your favorite?? Its getting really old

What I’d love from Slimane is to stop screaming. He is a brilliant singer but he is doing too much and I’m not sure it’s the way to go if he wants the juries to put him first. He needs to be more subtle. Of course, that’s just my point of view and I say that because I think it would help him score better. He’ll still get an excellent result from the jury, whatever happens, a top 5 or even a top 3. On the other hand, it’s going to be a lot harder with the public.

If the question of the poll is: “Who is the best female artist?”, how or why should I vote for let’s say Baby Lasagna? It makes no sence. Of course that Croatia wasn’t the worst performance of the night, but he definitely didn’t deserve top 5 either, but still manages to run away with it, it’s ridiculous. My fav song is Serbian, but I voted for Georgia because she had the best performance, which is what this poll asked. Also, all these dislikes on the comment comes from Croatias fans, kids or less inteligent folk

You get dislikes beacuse you are trying to prove to everyone that your opinion is the only valid one. “ Croatia was clearly not the best” – this is subjective, for you and for anyone else.
